Well I am not fully recovered yet still very sore as of this morning it is back to work I plan on spending this next six weeks getting ready to go back to work I have started a very strict training program planning on losing a few pounds as well as inches lol Hour a day for six weeks...hmm I wonder what the outcome will be..

I think I am going to become very bored with not being able to work(bet you dont here that every day)

Also plan on having a website up within the first two months I am back to work...at least I hope


Well I guess I will go away now just thought I would let everybody know how I am doing and what I will be up too hehe
