The guy will then wait a few seconds to allow the tension to rise. He will then announce whether he has AIDS or not. I'm thinking 30 guys or so, with one of them carrying the virus. The girl has to pick and blow, say, 20 of the guys to recieve her pay check. If you want to make it more interesting, put some other forms of STDs in there as well. "Aids... or no AIDS" - "No AIDS... but herpes!". At leasrt 20 of the guys should be clean though, the whore must have a sporting chance.
