Chicago Celebrates Porn in the USA at Crobar

CHICAGO - America is a country built on diversity, and so it's appropriate that people celebrate the birth of the nation in diverse ways. For instance, some people light fireworks to celebrate the Fourth of July, some people party with porn stars.

People who live in the Chicago area who'd prefer to party with porn stars rather than risk blowing off a finger owe AVN, Vertigo Pictures, and promoter Brad Altman a debt of gratitude; they've brought JM Productions exclusive and AVN Female Performer of the Year Ashley Blue, Vivid Girl Tawny Roberts and Wicked Girl Kaylani Lai to the world famous nightclub Crobar for tonight's Porn in the USA.

"I've worked with Crobar in Miami before and we've done an event in Chicago the past couple of years for Fourth of July. That's the biggest time of year there. It's out of control," T.J. DiReda, co-owner of Vertigo, told AVN.com. "I'm excited about working with AVN on this event and establishing a presence for Vertigo. There is already a huge buzz in Chicago. They've been promoting this for a while."

The trio of porn stars promoted the event last night with a radio spot on B96.3, and later today they'll appear at Wrigley Field as the Chicago Cubs take on the Boston Red Sox to promote the event on a remote lunchtime radio show, then they'll watch the game from a rooftop across the street.

In between the game and the event, Blue. Roberts, and Lai will appear at the Virgin Megastore in Chicago around 4p.m. to sign videos and DVDs, then head to the nightclub.

DVDs will be given away during the event, and a trip for two to Las Vegas for the next AVN Awards party will be given away during the event.
