He blogged how Jesse Jane and Bree Olson and other porn star bloggers don't really write their columns but Kayden Kross who contributes on his site is the exception. One quote was “let’s be honest here if these pornchicks could write they wouldn’t be porn chicks”. But of course Kayden is the exception. And without naming names Mike said Ryan Rayzer of lukeford.com and myself are lesser bloggers. And he said this all because we blogged about what he had just blogged about. I know what I am and have only been doing this for seven months but have gotten more exposure since contributing at LIB. Hey, just linked today at Genesis!  But why would a man who does porn himself now turn on the female performers, except for Kayden? Why is it that the women in porn are looked down at but not the men in porn? And this from Mike who has done porn himself. And also by others in the industry and fans. Mike has done porn and is a writer but we never hear “let’s be honest here if these porn guys could write they wouldn’t be porn guys”. He should never have said this. Kayden Kross writes for him but she’s the exception. This could hurt Mike and also Kayden by association. And by reading what he writes, he’s talked about why hasn’t Kayden gotten the same attention that the other girls have gotten. And Mike has also gone against other porn blogs, websites, forums, and bloggers. Even went against Scott Fayner in the past as a blogger though Fayner started writing at Hustler.

I agree. I'm not an insider in the biz but everything I've heard about Mike South is that he's a self serving loose cannon.
He'll always spout off, but now no one takes it seriously.

A couple of things: For those of you eager to pounce all over Darrah, relax. You don't see the comedy potential here? A wanna-be cub porn-blogger who doesn't even know who Wankus is? Cut her some slack, don't run her off and I guarantee you that your patience will be rewarded in spades. Darrah, you need to not be so defensive. We give each other shit all the time.
