I saw Point Break for the first time last night. It is fucking terrible. And not in that haha sort of way. It really fucking sucked and was a waste of time.

I watched: The Men Who Stare at GoatsIt was a great time and I would be happy to see it again. But also it seemed to me that would be a movie you either loved or hated.

 decent sequel and the ending set it up for a third one.  stupid but i didnt feel like watching an african rugby movie.  meh.felt like everything in this movies been done before.  kanye west:runaway.this was basically an hour long music video for his upcoming album which judging by how much i liked the music ill be picking up when it releases next month.watch this the next time its on.

Winter's Bone. Sundance Film festival award winner.
Slow, boring, bleak, depressing, uninteresting. Described best by one critic who explained it was voyeuristic "poverty porn" for the Sundance judges (not many of whom likely spend much time in the Missouri Ozarks).
P.S. It'll probably get a few Oscar nominations too.

 good way to flesh out the story of a 20 min ep of the twilight zone from the late 80s/early 90s.worth watching. i started watching the imaginarium of dr parnassus but it was too weird and stupid so i watched this:  much more enjoyable.

Midnight movies are my thing, and Maniac fit the mood right. I've seen plenty of obscure slasher films, so I was pretty stoked to see this. The killer is, well, picture Hypnocock, Sports Swami, and my top 4 stalkers all rolled into one ball of crazy.
Some people in the theatre were freaked out, but I'm hard to scare. I was, however, easily amused by the kitsch factor, the fact that women in the '70s/80s were so trusting, blood+guts, and a surprise co-starring role by Sharon Mitchell. And I watched it with a hot dude. Hellz yeah!

 confusing at times but decent.  best movie ive seen in awhile.  not bad but not that good either.  a cast of whatever happened to so and so?their movie careers were like their hs careers in that they lasted about four years but now wtf are they doing?random cameos by tak from styles of beyond,click the supah latin,and sarah michelle gellar.shit even the sherminators in it briefly.worth watching but no 10 things i hate about you.

I've always liked Ronin and To Live and Die in L.A. better. I've always thought the chase in Bullitt was overrated but the rest of the film was underrated. I'll give McQueen kudos for doing most of the driving in the chase though.
I saw a documentary on McQueen the other night. He teamed up with Peter Revson one year for the 12 Hours of Sebring. He had a cast on his foot from breaking a bone in his foot in a motorcycle wreck he had a week before the race. It was so hot inside the car that the cast melted and he and Revson still won 1st in their class and second overall to Mario Andretti and whoever his teammate was.
