I'm not sure how much this really counts as a movie but I watched a 1961 US Army training film about how to conduct a basic autopsy.
It was full of graphic disgustingness and showed a real autopsy from start to finish.
EDIT: To say that if anyone would like to see this also they should just PM me and ask about it. I know some of you are into gore films (Guinea Pig) and this real autopsy video beats all as for as gore.

Tonight: This is EnglandGreat movie. Set in the early 80s in England (Falklands, ska, skinheads). Won some awards as well. Deserved, I think.

Mainstream superhero double feature the last two nights:
Iron Man: Saw it in theaters, enjoyed it much more at home a second time. Caught a few more jokes this time and found the action sequences held up better on a second viewing.
The Incredible Hulk: Skipped it in theaters, Hulk looked much faker compared to the Ang Lee one, but this story kept up a bit more. The final Hulk/Abomination fight ended kinda lame. Not sure how I feel on an Avengers movie as hinted...the CG in Iron Man rocked while this one left a bit to be desired.

I was disappointed... although the skewering of strip mall martial arts instructors was dead on the money it was not as funny as I thought it was going to be and the ending fell completely flat.

Death Proof  A wasted opportunity...overlong periods of not much happening and characters you don't care about. Has no third act, and Rosario Dawson's hair was doing nothing for her.

2001: A Space Odyssey. Well, I was following it pretty well...up until the point where Dave shut of H.A.L. After that, there were some trippy visuals and then Dave ends up in some sort of space-age retirement home? I dunno, the ending sorta' threw me off. Still, if anyone can explain... I will appreciate it.

@SuperDuper: Respect for sitting through SO:2001 for so long. Never made it that far.
Lately:
1. Them - French horror flick, as mentioned earlier in this thread. Very good. And Olivia Bonamy is incredibly sexy, imo.
2. Fracture - I liked it. Hopkins was good, Gosling (?) was good as well. Nice plot. I like these 'court' movies.

Four Weddings and a Funeral.
Such a brilliant film, cute subtle humor, no effects, and eclectic quirky little characters that you can laugh at and like at the same time.
Why they cast Andie McDowell as the object of desire, I'll never know though... it's the only off note in the whole film.

I don't know what to think about it since I did not watch it in 3-D. I can only hope that improves some of the cheesy special effects.

Die Hard IV: Live free or die hard.
Once in a while, I watch this kind of flicks. The Die Hard movies are a favorite in this genre. Bruce Willis is great. And yes, it's completely over the top and unbelievable at times, but still. Yippie Ka Yee!
