All the Met-Art models are 18, so are the ones from Watch4Beauty, Nubiles, Errotica, McNUdes and sites like that. I heard a rumor that MyAngelFuns occasionally uses underaged models, I don't know. And obviously people like Peter Hegre and FTV are in the U.S.--they just wouldn't be that stupid.

Actually, Holly, that's a misconception (sorry, the following is long and boring):
Title 18 Part 1 Chapter 110 of 2257 paragraph (h)(2) states,"“identification document” has the meaning given that term in section 1028 (d) of this title"
Of which subchapter (3) reads "the term “identification document” means a document made or issued by or under the authority of the United States Government, a State, political subdivision of a State, a foreign government, political subdivision of a foreign government, an international governmental or an international quasi-governmental organization which, when completed with information concerning a particular individual, is of a type intended or commonly accepted for the purpose of identification of individuals."
You'll notice that ID's issued by "Foreign Governments" are acceptable under this code.
What you will have a problem with is hiring a foreign national who does not have a work visa or a work permit. But that is a tax issue and not 2257 related.

Whoa. Are you an American producer that uses foreign talent w/ foreign IDs in the States? If so, you are screwed. Wonder if you're on Chuck Joyner's list.
Holly is 100 percent right. If you use foreign talent, they must have US issued ID or you must go abroad to shoot them. If abroad, their ID must be equal to a US govt issued ID...foreign passport, driver's license, military card, etc.
