That same book could probably be found in a dozen used book stores for less than a dollar with no additional shipping fees.
They dont sell this kind of books in bookstores, especially in russian ones. In Kiev there is a bird market where they sell all kinds of stuff and they want $20.00 there for a cheap reprint.

Check out the stuff that the guy from eBay sells there. He has a whole lot of rare manuals and he charges an arm and a leg for them.
