Hey everyone, look Donny has contacted us about people posting that he has herpes, HIV, etc. All of this is just internet flaming, and there is no evidence or even anyone in the business saying this stuff about him, it's just anonymous internet attacks. So please, don't post false rumors about him or anyone else having diseases, etc. Moderators, please delete these types of posts if they come up again. Thanks, Malice

Understood, but shouldn't he be banned merely on principle? I'm not typically for banning, but the guy has spread lies about CX3 all over the board for weeks, and now he can't take his own medicine. That's pretty weak.
If he's going to get that butt-hurt so easily, then this is not the place for him.

I couldn't have said it better myself. This pale, skinny, unhealthy looking cocksucker comes here and repeatedly defames a guy who, like him or not, has been posting here for a couple of years and gets away with it. Just one question: From your announcement, it seems clear that, if someone in or connected to the industry also makes the allegation, or it's reported in one of the trades/blogs, it then becomes fair game. Board Reality CheckLibel/slander against CXXX is OK. Making an inference from the fact Donkey won't post his Herp test, not OK. Personally I didn't start throwing the Herpes crap at him until I got feed up with this attacks on CXXX and Donkey's insistance to show the health records of performers who don't even post here. Only then did I jump on the Herp Bandwagon. I don't understand trans-sexuality. I likely never will. From what I gather and understand I don't particularly like it. But, as is my wont, I still wouldn't ban it. I don't have any need to inflict my morality on others. CXXX has always been a stand-up guy on the boards. He has input of value and can take a well-intentioned jab. I see no reason to allow an complete zero with no facts to back up his shit to run unchecked. It's immoral not to say something. What I don't understand is WHY. The law is pretty clear: Jeff, Malice and JM Productions are immune to any lawsuit brought by Donkey for what people post here. Only the individual posters can be held accountable for what they say. And, as Fatty noted above, not only does it have to be factually untrue (which seems unlikely) but Donkey has to show how he's actually been damaged. And, given his pisspoor reputation within the industry, he's got a better chance of becoming McCain's running mate. Something doesn't add up.

Folks, let's just send Donald on his way. Christian has taken Donald's crap with much more alacrity than Donald showed going the other way. (pause while Darth looks up alacrity) The sad fact is that Donald went on a rampage, berating me and others, flooding the JM offices with phone calls, and making the kind of general douchebaggery we expect from tweakers. It's like the bitchy lady on the phone who yells the loudest, no matter whether right or wrong...they listen to her just to get her out of the way. If you want to continue exposing Donny Long as the fading blip on the porn radar screen that he is, go for it. We've been doing it for a long time now. Maybe just relax on the HIV and the herpes--we've got Shane Diesel and Brandon Irons for that. The fact that he got so worked up over this and spend a whole day threatening people and burning up cell phone minutes makes me laugh with glee. I'm half expecting a phone call from Cherish & Cali Marie's lawyers.

To me, it's never been about whether or not he actually had the Herp, but his reaction to it. THAT'S what's gonna put the final nail in his coffin. Because, when it comes down to it, word IS going to spread about Donald's little meltdown here. That kind of news has legs. Like Jesse Owens. I expect that the story of the panicky tweeker who cried "STD" will hit the blogs before the weekend is out and then it will be all over for the little fudgepacker.
