Just saw "30 Days of Night," vampire flick (so-so). About to watch "Eastern Promises". Hope to see "No Country for Old Men" soon.

Very true, I think Black Adder the Second was the best.

Alas, the reverse. I preferred Antony the "rock star" of 2 versus the "mope" of 1. J.C. was a stiff. "Adult" Octavian was all kind of creepy (and, of course, Rome's greatest leader, Augustus). Fuckin' battle of Philippi, man...
You know what it might be? The history getting in the way for me.
They stuck to it pretty good in 1 and were much more fast and free with it in 2.
It's not that I can't allow for license in a historical-drama. I did like the novel twist of Caesarian NOT being Caesar's kid.
But, stick to important stuff.
Like, they made Polly Walker's Atia so strong, but they had Octavian completely dominating Livia. Livia was no submissive.
And, not mention that Livia was pregnant at the time let alone married with a kid [Tiberius]. [And, that Octavian also had a kid ... his crazy "future" whore daughter Julia].
I guess since they weren't going to continue, they just cut the future out from under themselves.
I know it's a drama but .... 
Plus, the whole Judean "zealot" side-story sucked. And, killing off sweet Eirene and her baby made me very, very sad.

Rome and Deadwood are my favorite tv series of late. i can rewatch them multiple time and they lose nothing as well

i just added showtime, so im on demanding weeds, im sickly worried about my xavier bet, so im pretending the game isnt going down and i have them plus 6.5, but this weeds show is really enjoyable

fatman you are way to quick, i just wen to the longhorn casino with 60, won 40, went o the bar won 26, went back to the table got raped, hit the atm, got raped, went back again won, and was sitting on like 180 with 60 in my pocket from monwy play, came home, decided i wastnt done yeet went to some local place and lost another hundred, im dying and i t was a total failure

Started watching a show called Locked Up Aboard yesterday. They should change the title to 'How to exploit stupid people'. Yesterday's show seriously got on my nerve. Some stupid bitch and her mumbling boyfriend accept to bring back suitcases for a stranger they meet in a bar in Amsterdam. All this happens in 2004 yet somehow, all the hype about this sort of thing happening since the 70s eluded them. Who the fsck agrees to fly out to Costa Rica to bring back suitcases to a stranger?
Today's story was even better. This one geezer swallowed 60 something condoms of coke and took a 46hr flight to Sydney from San Francisco. Good one mate.

The alcoholics are my favorite, they fall down a lot.

rofl king, completely agree, the overbearing aunts wearing sweaters that you would find at t.j. maxx, the supremely confident intervention director who claims, aaaaaaannnddd i was a junkie in the 70's and yet now she looks like a sunday school teacher yet way more condescending
EASILY the worst part of that show, plus the weird time breaks its like you get 9 minutes of show, instead of the usual 6, and then 13 minutes of commericals, its almost impossible to watch that thing start to finish
