Here is the real scoop on Eli and Alternative modeling. Eli (real name Thomas Ely) is a sex addict and a pathalogical lier. If his mouth is moving, he is lying.

He prays on new, young, nieve girls ("Fresh Faces") to supply his illegal agency. (agents / managers must be licensed, which Eli and his organization is not).

Eli WILL get work for young girls. But, as a model with AM, you WILL have to have sex with Eli, and more than once. You will do more hardcore sex acts than you wanted to and you will NOT be paid very much to do them.

His standard scam is: book a model for a gig. The gig will entail much more extreem acts than you agreed to do. and... the pay for the shoot will be MUCH lower than what he promised you and what expected.

Eli will go with you to the shoot to "support" you and look out for you (such a nice guy). But at the shoot, surprise! he will actually be the male talent, so you have sex with him. Or he gets so horned up watching the shoot he will want sex from you afterwards.
Ofcourse you do not HAVE to have sex with him. But if you don't, strangely, you do not get any more job offers....

Oh and back to how models are paid. This is his standard scam:
He books you for a shoot and you are told you are getting 600.00 for a b/g shoot. This seems a little low for FL rates, but... you agree because you are told, as a new model you have to do some low pay shoots at first to get experience. Then out of your 600.00 you owe Eli his agency commision, 20% of course.

What most models do not know, until it is too late, is this. The client agreed to pay you 1000.00! Eli lies to the models and says the customer only would pay 600.00. HE keeps the 400.00 AND gets commission from your 600.00 as well!
What a nice, honest, professional business man.
So, to recap, Eli @ Alternative Modeling WILL get you work. But with work like that, you mind as well work at McDonalds.
