maybe its just me, but i always root for the girls and boys who have disappeared from the business to win the AVN's they are nominated for. This year is an especially good year because vivid released a bunch of movies that they had been sitting on for like 2 years. anytime alaura eden gets nominated and she hasnt done a scene in 2 years at least is good times. maybe its just me but i am totally rooting for joey, trent tesoro, cytherea, naomi, roxxxy rush, etc. to win. good times.

and of course how can we not all root for Dirty Harry to win Male Performer of the Year? that might be the greatest nomination ever.
