I think Ol' Luke is just getting a rise out of people. I think if he was serious he would have confirmed it by now.
He's been this way before, with disastrous consequences. And, honestly, has there ever been a better time to be Porn's best known writer? Haley/Chico? Surewood? C'mon. The part of Luke that wants to be a Jew will smell the opportunities and say "I ain't going nowhere."
Which is fine with me, since Monstar gives me great deals for my beads.

We all know that the stigma of being a pornstar can limitly affect future career plans. It will be interesting to see what hangover Luke's porn period will bring him should he be serious about entering mainstream journalism.
I appreciate Luke's fundamental decisions for wanting to make this change and I wish him luck. On that note I don't think he'll stray too far. He's been sucking and feeding from this underbelly for years and seems addicted to self-loathing.

I for one sincerely hope that Luke is fabulously successful in his post-porn career.
I also hope that as soon as he's attained success, after much hardwork, inspiration, and debt-financing, I can link him back to his porn-leech career and have it all come crashing down for him - just as he's gone out of his way to punish other people for trying to make a career after porn.

I can respect him wanting to change gears, I have been slowly shifting toward a "fixed gear" in mainstream for well over the last year after seeing too much meth and lazy porn money whores on the scene that frankly I just don't feel like getting outta bed and fucking, but to cut of the loved and cherished beast of P.O.R.N under the guise of professionalism or trying to be apart from the hand that fed you well that flat IS out = dangerous.

Random is 100% correct. Has lukeford.com been worth a plug nickel under the reign of TMFR/Fayner, despite the fact that Fayner produces more original content (fueled by Keith's drug money.)
Take away Luke and substitute anyone from XPT, ever the top tier posters, and it wouldn't be the same. Luke's whole schtick of being a 42-year-old wannabe Jew who's still a deer in the headlights after all these years is what makes it unique. The moral indignation he brings to the table, his ability to be shocked and appalled by an industry he's covered for fifteen years, gives his site a quality that none of us could reproduce.
I think Luke himself retains those biographies on LIB. I don't think he'd be fool enough to include those as part of the deal.
