In all fairness, when I first starting reading it, I thought pretty much the same thing. However, as you read on you begin to see the "inner" desire of what this person really wants.. he wants to be used! This is what gets the guy off - being treated like dirt, Ceara knows this and most likely gave the guy hours of beat off material! Now I would be hypocritical for calling this guy a weirdo since we all have our own fetish and Ceara is undoubtedly a master of her craft. There's no way this guy going to claim fraud, first of all he's married and would like to stay that way. Second of all, he hasn't even bothered to cancel the card even though he knows its all over the internet. Are some of you all really defending this guy? Really? He's talked to me 3 or 4 times since he gave me the number, as though nothing ever happened, asking to buy my dirty laundry. He either really likes the attention and made all this up or is a complete moron. Chill out. Yeah I'm not trying to be unduly critical here (for once), just curious if you've thought this through fully. Your def. cute so it's only natural that guys would want you. I'm just thinking, even if you're not interested in a long-term relationship now (which is pretty normal), almost certainly you will be at some time not so so far away (say 30-35). The guys you fuck now are not presumably the sorts of guys you're going to want around in the long term--and, in all likelihood, many will not want you in the long term when they about settling down a bit more.
Aren't you concerned that your actions now might be limiting your choices pretty drastically for your late twenties and thirties? Sure, there are some artists of Warholian pedigree that will think sex work is trangressive and conceptually daring, but those guys are few and far between (even among visual artists). Many will just see you as a whore. Can you deal with that.
As Christian said, the sex work is like the mafia--it's difficult to fly straight later without dealing with some severe consequences...
I have no settled opinion on this--I'm just curious what you thought.

If what I’m doing is sex work its only by technicality. To compare what I do to what Christian does is way off, IMO. I think most would agree that being a whore involves at least taking off your clothes and, you know, maybe some touching. Seriously dude, I’ve never met a guy who had a problem with this, including the ones I seriously date, simply fuck, or are just friends with. 9 times out of 10 they're asking if there's any money in this for them too.
As far as limiting my choices in the future, yeah I probably am. But I’m really not interested in becoming a kindergarten teacher or a priest. I enjoy my life now, which is more than I think most people could claim, and I think it would be silly of me to completely alter it in ways I wouldnt like just so I might save a few options later I probably wont want anyway. Also, I’d like to write a book someday so I try and keep my life as fascinating as possible. I’m doing pretty good so far.

What Ceara does has about as much to do with sex work as the penut vendor in the stands has to do with Baseball. It's that peripheral. Besides, by her own admission, she's not a whore. She's a "wannabe whore." And, as a business major, I really don't see this as limiting her options in any way. Far from it. 2. No Australian bank issues a Visa with that BIN
3. Pretend his account was coopted and someone ran $40 or $50M of debt against it. You're willing to suspend belief and assume he would be willing to protect you and pay off the card instead of report any instance where his card number might have been maliciously run across the web?

The first time I read this whole exchange between Ceara and the CC sub, it was obvious to me that he was getting off on being manipulated and threatened. And I'm sure that Ceara posted his cc# and the contents of their conversation fully aware that he'd be just as turned on by that ... thereby insuring a satisfied customer sure to come crawling back for more. So the whole debate over whether it was wrong of her to post his cc# is beside the point. Ceara, being an astute dominatrix, was playing exactly the game he wanted. There's little to no danger of this guy ever taking legal action against her, and they both know that.
As to the broader question of Ceara's "work", it's social value, and the consequences to her personal life now, and in the future: I think Ceara has been spectacularly successful in identifying and targeting a specific niche in the vast market of desperately lonely men, and exploiting it. She gets paid for doing practically nothing [ but in that regard how is she any different than Monstar? ]. I think at least a little of the acrimony and criticism directed against her is motivated by the realization that, unlike most "sex workers", Ceara isn't actually selling her body. And therefore men who covet her are unable to disguise the unpleasant truth that it is clearly them being exploited by her, rather than the reverse.
It's pointless to split hairs over what constitutes a "whore", since we're all whores [ Some of us are just a little cheaper than others ]. With one relatively low-profile site, there's little chance of it hurting her future professional aspirations. And any "man" who'd feel threatened or turned off by what she does, is probably someone she'd want to pass on anway. All in all, I'd say Ceara's a pretty savy young tart who knows how to prey on the sad and pathetic. Hurts don't it?

First off, making money doing practically nothing isn't all it is cracked up to be; sure its fun for a period of time, but soon you get bored, or fat, or hooked on drugs or something else...trust me, I know.
