A surgeon can, if the criteria for better is bigger (not my criteria). All I'm saying is that implants don't have to look like stapled-on water balloons; when properly done, they can actually look as nice as natural breasts of a comparable size. So I think we're in agreement.

Most fake tits don't have scars. Breast aug is usually done through the navel or under arm, and it's rare to even see scarring there.

I really like boob jobs!!! I reckon generally they turn out great! I guess the surgeons get lots of practice over there in LA  Sabrine Maui is one of the latest recipients of a boob job and hers look fantastic I thought you had to have fairly large boobs already for a boob job to look natural but Cheryl Dynasty and Kina Kai are 2 girls who had tiny boobs beforehand yet their new boobs look awesome
