between the director and the producers of a
movie,television project,photographer or web
site. They are even considered a much more
important and needed element to the actor or
model's agent (if any) (if needed). They are
also the right hand in providing to the
directors the best of talents to their
directors as well as producers. What is the value of a casting director? Knows how to access the best talent for your

What is the difference between a casting
director and an agent? Casting directors are paid by the producer
and usually work on a set fee basis. Their goal is to find the appropriate actor or model for your needs. Talent agents are paid by the
talent themselves and usually work on a commission basis. Their goal is to find work
for their actors.Casting directors have many more resources than agents, producers or talent
when looking for suitable talent (or model), including relationships directly with the
Talent,Model and producers themselves. These relationships give casting directors access
to talent and producers that a producer or agent would not do, ( and does not have access to)and not
be able to audition by calling the talent or
model directly or by advertising, and they
can often negotiate more favorable rates for
the talent and the producers than a talent agent would, or ever be willing to negotiate at all. What is the difference between a casting
director and a casting agent? None.
Their job is considered to be one of the
busiest jobs. They have to literally go
through thousands of portfolio every day and
then keep taking interviews. It is also very
difficult process since they have to choose
the best in every aspect, by which I mean
acting, personality looks, etc. Isn't it a
very difficult job to say which girl is
beautiful or which man is handsome when so
many together stand right in front of you?

exclusive agreement ( if any) . It is presumed to be void or invalid .
It shall be construed as frivolous heresay that calls for speculation with no foundation. We also reserve the right not to work in cooperation with any third party of any kind ,claiming to represent certain talent/models as a power of attorney or representation if the talent /model can read, write and speak English and is 18 Years of age or older.
