That's exactly how much this place is for. Actually $1835. Thankfully it has at least a good view. It has a two car tandem garage which is pretty huge the only thing that sucks is I have to rent a parking space because the boat is in the garage and one car, the other car is parked outside in a space. No drive way One day though, just one day.
