That's a very poorly thought out statement. I'll now explain why.
In porn, I've seen more vigorous unprotected butt sex between men and women than I have seen between men. In the general population, a large percentage of men and women engage in unprotected anal sex with each other. Bareback sex is a large part of heterosexuals' sex lives.
The only way to catch a venereal disease is to contract it from a carrier. If both parties aren't carriers, then they can have as much butt sex as possibe regardless of their sexuality. Gay guys who are not carriers of venereal diseases will never pass on anything to each other no matter how much butt sex they engage in. Same goes for bi guys, straight guys, bi women, straight women, gay women.
