The most important thing to do is avoid any assumptions. It's really important to quickly quarantine and test all of Darren's contacts. But it's also important to do likewise with Lara's. Right now there's no way to know where the outbreak source is - it appears the margins of error in the science are just too large to say one or the other. Standard practice is to monitor all contacts along all potential sources looking for more infections until some are found that can definitely ruled before/after. Even that may not prove a source. When a pipe springs a leak you fix all the leaks you can find, not just the biggest.
