Yea, someone would be the wiser to let her production company know he's using her name to solicite sex work. I don't think they would appreciate it. And that CEO bit is getting very OLD. Any dumb *uck can call themselves a CEO and sound bigger than they are. It's see-through bullshit. Yeah, I set up a profile on OMP for AmoreTV and when things fell apart, rather than set up a new account I change the profile on this one. Unfortunately, the changes didn't take effect prior to the need to start casting for this project.

Rebelmotionpictures.com is a domain registered to people at The Phoenix Group, a New England based fetish enterprise that has some websites and makes some movies, sometimes in affiliation with other producers. They have used talent HeLie has represented in the past, and I have worked for them and consider them good people. The look of the preview clip on the site has their production work written all over it.
However, they indicated in recent months they no longer deal with agents, which I found surprising and wondered if there had been a falling out. It didn't matter to me to ask why, because after seeing them deal with him in the past, it seemed like a natural development.
What's most interesting to me is that HeLie's new girlfriend looks a little like the old one from Mass. who kicked him out for credit card abuses and chasing models. Nevertheless, they were both very active in using email to pretend they were people they were not and to make false business claims, often done so to potentially derail a model's efforts to find work outside Alternative Modeling, even though the agreement clearly stated they could do so. Sometimes they were doing this to get information on the dealings of those they perceived as competitors, and sometimes these people were not competing at all. It was their own devious mindsets that lead them to believe it. Bottom line is, he is very cabable of lying and making false claims as easily as he scratches his own nuts. And any model under his wing is likely being told one thing, while in many respects he will be working to sabotage work they could have coming to them without him, despite an agreement that gives them such freedoms.
And be warned, Dino. He is likely to spend some degree of time plotting for an opportunity to get revenge on you for all of this disclosure, as well as against myself for assisting you with what I know. He may claim you hide behind a computer, like he's a tough guy or something, but he knows he can get you with slanderous remarks and mistruths to others just as easily.

I've continues to try to bring you in on opportunities. As business people we are always trying new things and changing things to build business.
Our business fell through in Boston, I know that and I feel bad about how are relationship ended. But, I ALWAYS tried to keep you top of mind and help you do better in your business.
You know nothing of the business I've built in Florida. Yet, you continue to talk trash and slander me with things you know absolutely nothing about. A lot has changed since my move to Florida. In New England, if we got 10 bookings a month we were doing good. Here in Florida, if we do 10 booking a week, it's an extremely slow week.
If you remember correctly, I called you to offer you a job less 6 months ago. Continuing to try and help you get out of your landscaping job. I've often thought to bring you down to Florida to work with some of the producers we work with down here. However, I continue to see this nonsense you're posting.
Grow up and leave it alone. Nothing you say here hurts my business even the slightest bit. But, we worked together on many projects, some worked out, some didn't. Neither of us prospered more than the other on any of the deals that failed.

It's this damn picture of the connecting dots that's putting you in a bad light, and I have to give it consideration when I've heard so much of the same thing over and over again. It follows you everywhere. Fact is, I have more important things to do than fight a crusade against you, whether it is right or wrong. Just do the right things .... and don't make stuff up to get ahead because people are paying attention, and they will call you out on it. Some of us can be very perceptive, and we will learn things even when you think we can't tell the difference. I know you can't keep everyone happy, but you can develop a reputation for integrity. And that's important no matter what you do in life.
I'm here in New England doing what I do from here by choice. I haven't been likely, however, to follow offers by you because I don't expect them to amount to anything but a financial loss. That doesn't, however, mean I don't think you can do great things.

You must have failed basic remedial English for there is a host of particular reason(s) one of them the honest and straightforward approach and not banking on someone’s else reputation or company name to get ahead in business. I'm sure old Mr. Velvet has VERY credible sources. In reading through some of his postings I had to laugh because I KNOW some of the things he is posting is 1000% dead on true. I also know from my "almost" dealings with Eli that it looked pretty shitty right out of the gate... So ANY and ALL involvement was Order 66'd, dead on the spot.
No, it was nothing seriously bad, just tons of email cross talk -- a lot of he said/she said type of grade school shit that can't be involved during the making of these movies... At least when I'm the guy behind the camera.
Personally, I have nothing bad to say about the man... I would venture to put in my two cents worth of free advice to him by saying: "Dude, if it's YOUR business, RUN YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Never give one of the inmates the fucking keys to the asylum, and lastly, KNOW everything you can possibly know about the deal that's on the table, before jumping into something, demanding changes, rate increases, travel expenses (when I book a girl to work with me on a movie that lives well outside of my home turf, I'll gladly have her flown in on our own plane at my cost, but NEVER tell me that on top of that, I'm to pay travel expenses as well... That got the door slammed in your face real fast didn't it...? And the girl I was booking for a simple G/G + G/B pair of scenes, was recently featured on hardcore junky doing a $500 bukkake shoot...! I bet she stood proud of her "manager" on that one.)
But I honestly don't know the man personally... and have never worked with him professionally.

Yeah, I would suggest you get your facts straight as well. There are NO $500 bukkake shoots for anyone I represent. There may have been other girls that have done it for that rate....but, NOT through me.
Second, we obviously had a misunderstanding when we spoke about the shoot you wanted to book Daisy for. Maybe we should re-address it. Because clearly there is a disconnect. I do not expect any client to pay travel twice, that is absurd.

Actually... I was making fun of the situation as a whole in claiming the bukakke cost $500 (I know it was actually $250). But the reality is just as I stated it.

But in truth, as much as I would like to... There's really no need to readdress anything, bro. You see, it's not what you and I spoke about over the phone that raised my eyebrows... It's the email cross talk between you and the girl that really killed it. If this is your business practice, that's fine... However, in the future, I would suggest telling some of the girls not to attach or include your emails to them, concerning the situation, when they are emailing someone looking to hire them. There's really no other way out of it. The emails don't lie and I'm basically too busy working to try and figure it out and play games. I make movies for a living, man... I don't play games.

Well I will chalk this one up to another he said she said deal.....and that is usually what its ends up all about anyways.
