Taking advantage of Paige's emotional state and vulnerability while at the same time hoping to square himself with the Feds, Del Toro made promises of reconciliation. And with that he got Paige to agree to accompany him to his INS interview. They met with an attorney a couple of weeks prior to the INS interview to be advised on what documents they needed.

The attorney told Paige that the immigration officials would not be asking her any questions. It was then that Marty told Haley that they need convincing wedding photos to make the scam work and she went along with the idea. The pictures were taken by Marty's friend Kenny and Paige wore a wedding veil purchased from a costume shop. Other bogus shots were taken to complete a fraudulent wedding album. Meanwhile, Marty also convinced Haley that she needed to keep her trap shut or else she would face grave legal consequences if the interview didn't go well. The interview with INS took place with Paige's and Del Toro's lawyer present.. Del Toro brought a marriage certificate, joint bank statements from Washington Mutual, phony wedding announcements and the fake photo album.

Once the interview was over, Paige didn't hear from Del Toro. Then she took it upon herself to contact him in mid-April and put it to him directly: was the relationship all for the purposes of show to allow him permanent residence through marriage to a US citizen. It was then that he offered her money not to seek a divorce and to remain silent on his immigration situation . Paige refused his offer and since that time has had no contact with him.

The wedding pictures and cards were forged a few weeks before.

Then they didn't speak for weeks.

At one point, Chico Wang decided it was time to let Paige know what was really going on. He informed Haley that the entire marriage was a sham and, though he didn't know Casaba Marton's status as a legal citizen, he would finance the attorney's to find the real nature of his status with immigration. After speaking to the attorney, it became clear that the whole wedding was specifically designed to allow Del Toro to stay in the country legally.

Since mid-April, Paige and Del Toro have not spoken to each other. But Del Toro spoke to Chico Wang over coffee in an attempt to smooth things over to which Chico considered him a fraud and a pathological liar while Del Toro allegedly threatened Chico Wang with physical harm.

As a joke, Chico simply asked him if he could fart on his face with a blowtorch to rid Del Toro of his Satanic ways. Chico informed Del Toro that he will support Paige financially and would never kowtow to a 'sniveling snake' while firmly adhering to the laws of the United States of America. After all, Chico said, Hungary shoots porn also.

In Mid July, the entire matter was sent over to Homeland Security for Investigation. If determined this marriage was wholly designed for a greencard, it's very likely deportation proceedings will begin immediately with the dissolution of Csaba Marton's corporation LIV3D Inc.

On July 16th, 2006, after a two week disappearing act and weeks of attempted servings, Csaba Marton wasserved with annulment papers at his home formerly half owned by Monika Miklos. The entore process was captured on video to ensure Del Divorce-o wouldn't claim otherwise due to his propensity for deception and fraud.

Meanwhile, the irony of this entire situation is that Csaba Marton has proudly proclaimed that Haley Paige was served at a home owned by a Pepperdine Law Student which was captured by surveillance tapes where Haley doesn't reside nor was present for. I would think that an enterprising person would copy what Martin has written and provide it to the INS.

What type of painkillers was she abusing? Is she clean now?
