Yeah, it seems like a draconian new angle... They're grasping at straws looking for any needle in a haystack of charges to stick to JM. It's amazing they actually comb through the material and devise ways to indict. They must have a war-room for this when they're supposed to be protecting us from terrorists. If I were the lawyers for JM I'd ask them if they got aroused looking at these dvds.

I thought something had to meet 3 criteria to be considered obscene - turn you on, gross you out, and have no artistic or literary value. Gag Factor turns me on, but it doesn't gross me out and it has definite artistic value. It doesn't proport to gross me out, and does claim artistic value, so, I think they can fight it without being hypocrites like the other side.

I noticed the same thing yesterday. I had went to that site to purchase a JM title, and all listings for JM products were gone. I then made an inquiry to someone who runs the site, and he said they pulled all JM products do the the idictment. What a fucking rip!!!
Yeah I am not happy about it. The video store here doesn't have JM video's so I have to buy them on-line as since I usally don't watch the same movie more then a couple of times, I usally turn around and try and sell it. Now I have five titles that I have no idea how I am going to unload them.

Sucks about the indictment. I will buy a dvd at full retail, which I never do, to show my support. Doubt if Jeff goes to Jail, but it'll be a hassle for at least 18 months.
