Speaking of eating disorders, shame on me as I hadn't made any time for myself today to eat a healthy meal but a 1.5 Liter bottle of Arrowhead and a slice of Panettone. So my Lunchiner tonight will be home-made Spicey Japanese (Nippon) Ramen aka Spicey Shio Ramen. (not the Ramen brand crap!) And will more likely wash this down with more water and perhaps DECAF! Hazelnut coffee.

today, i went to wendy's with my husband and younger son. i had the southwest taco salad. it was yummy, and the chipotle dressing reminded me of chico

You're right about Thin. While it was obvious these girls needed help; it wasn't shocking that majority of them went back to their old ways because every damn thing the counselors said were along the mentality of a 10year old. The rehab center looked ghetto as hell.
Raw veggies are always awesome. It was more the 13 cashews that got me thinking of that show  Dont mean to give ya a hard time.
Most definitely DECAF at night otherwise screw it I'm all for the strong brew. I love the taste of practically all "coffee" flavors although I'm extremely sensitive to caffiene. *sigh*

Last night at about mid-night or maybe 20minutes past, I started making LUNCH. I'm not kidding- sometimes I do this. I started with heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, white anchovies, and aged sherry vinaigrette. I then went on to prepare au gratin potatoes with cream sauce and topped with melted sharp cheddar. I then sliced flat iron steak mixed with crispy onions and added Béarnaise sauce (not A1). I starting eating at about 0135hrs. I think I got done at about 0245 or something- not entirely certain, so I went to work until 5.
Today I woke up around noon (and by get up I mean physically getting out of bed) and headed straight for the refrigirator to have my 2nd LUNCH.

Today I went to see my buddy Ant in Santa Monica for some sound mixes he's been doing for me. I went early- around 0830hrs. We worked on mastering the sounds and burning them to disc. I was hungry as hell by 01100hrs so I decided to pop into Gates of India for LUNCH.
I normally don't eat Indian food but I decided to go for it today because... well, I just decided I wanted some.
I started off with some vegetable samosas; crisp patties stuffed with lightly spiced potatoes and peas, minced with fresh mint.
For the main course I had a chicken tandoori; tender half chicken with bone, marinated in yogurt and mild spices, broiled in the clay oven. On the side I had plain naan; lightly leavened white flour bread with kalonji. I downed this lovely LUNCHEON with 2 glasses of lemonade to defuse the spice.
My Friday begins in 27 minutes.

Went to Stubb's in Austin, Tx today. They make their own barbeque sauce and their ribs have the best rep in town. Found it odd that they didn't have bottled water, though. Had a rib and some collard greens. Delicious. My friends ordered the entire menue and bagged the rest to go. Or 'take away' as the English guy said.

I had a smoked chicken salad sandwich on toasted wheat bread with lettuce and tomato and about 4 oz of sweet tea mixed with the lemonade you get out of the soda fountain.

Yes, I once took a crowd of leaf-eaters from Seattle to County Line BQQ in Austin. It was amusing to watch them struggle. Should have taken them to Kreuz BBQ in Lockhart, where there are no leaf-eater sides...

Today I had Seared Halibut with heirloom tomatoes, white anchovies, capers and nicoise olives. One of my friends, boozi, brought over some donner kebab meat and had that while Susan had a Salmon Salad roasted with market peppers, red onions and croutons. We talked for hours about a song called 'Shadow'. Susan is a milf.

The cafeteria downstairs had this selection on the menu and it pleased us. Except boozi. He said his kebab had curry that fights colon cancer, so his farts would initially be life extending farts.

At the border if Illinois and Indiana, it was slim pickings. My crew decided on Chili's. I decided it was disgusting and just had coffee while they had sandwiches, onion rings and pasta something or other. If I see one more cornfield, I'll scream.

In Chicago today, we were recomended Gino's East. It's famous for its pizza and signature scribbled walls. After lunch I signed my name. It's in the far back booth downstairs. My friend had the deep dish bacon cheeseburger pizza. Strangely, Chicago style is to layer the sauce on top of the pizza. The crust was unlike any, almost like a cornbread. The slices were so thick he used a fork. My house salad was juicy and finally, a restaurant in the mid-west that carried bottled water. We kept bumping each other because I eat left handed. Always have. Don't know why.

I ate the leftovers of last night's Trader Joe's Chicken Curry and Bombay Lentils. T.J.'s makes fantastic Indian sauces and side dishes. Check 'em out.

The company served us our big Christmas dinner today. I got a plate of Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and two rolls. Went back for another plate with a bit of ham, some more mashed taters, another roll and a piece of chocolate cake. Drank 2 cans of Pepsi with it and went back to work. Then I realized my mistake in eating so much. Think I'll skip supper tonight.

Today we had spanish food for LUNCH. Paella de Carne. I had a plate with Angela. Paella de Carne is meat paella of chicken and spanish sausage. We also had some Tarta de Queso which is seville orange and chocolate cheesecake for desert and some a bottle of Corona with lime each. I swear sometimes LUNCH is a party all in-itself.

Today I had Pasta Casablanca while I watched 12 Angry Men. Pasta Casablanca is pasta with shrimp, calamari, and mussels with green olives and capers. I let my girlfriend prepare the pasta today because I'm lazy while I worked on the seafood. I hate mussels but I dig calamari. It's a treat.

Puerto Rican, Latin, Columbian, Dominican, all the Latin foods is one of my favorites. You made a wise choice.

I am making lunch at home today. It is day 5 of 20 days without dining out. I think I can do this. I warmed up a chicken broth from Trader Joe's (only 5 calories/serving. HOLLA!!) and added grilled chicken from last night in small strips and lastly garlic, onions, and red peppers. Adding veggies after the soup is made keeps them fresh and crunchy like I like them. Can someone pm me with more ideas for chicken soup? No rice or flour please.

just for the record, every day at about 3pm my time (noon on the west coast), i wonder to myself what loop is going to eat today for his luncheon.  for the record, i am now making DINNER. i am making chicken wings, cornbread, white cake from a mix with homemade frosting, heating up green bean casserole from last night and also last night's au gratin potatoes. i'm making fudge for later, to eat while i hate myself for getting somewhat fat and swearing to get back on drugs for the new year so i am too skinny again.

I had a ground ham sandwich with green pepper, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce today. I washed this wonderful luncheon down with an old peculier. I haven't drank one in ages and have to thank my good pal b00z for hooking me up with a 20 pack. What a friend.

Spaghetti, made at home. Well, the sauce was store bought, but at least it wasn't a trip to a fast food joint today or lunch meat. I kinda like having a week off from work.
