Luke makes the following story and no one comments on it, WTF??

"Riley was repped by LADirectModels until a few days ago.
About seven months ago, she did a scene for Vince Voyeur. She was supposed to get $1100 but got a check for $1000. She complained. They acknowledged the error. They told her to send back the $1000 check and they'll send her the new one.
Riley told them she had lost the check. So they wrote her a check for $1100 and put a stop-payment on the $1000 check.
A stop-payment only lasts six months.
After six months, the $1,000 check was cashed.
Peter writes: "The reason that stop pays are only good for 6 months is because checks are only good for 6 months. The bank was at fault for paying on a stale check. Although she should not have deposited it as that was fraud the bank screwed up to by paying it."
Riley is prepared to battle it out in court.
I ask Derek at LADirectModels.com why Riley is no longer with his agency. He replies:
She was found to be involved in deliberate check fraud against Vince Voyeur. Once the evidence was irrefutable and she refused to pay back the money stolen we felt we could not continue to work for her. It is very likely that she will be arrested soon. I was not prepared to pay her bond or spend late night hours at police stations. It was her choice and she chose the police and courts rather than stay at Direct."
Ummmkay, first off, this chick is indeed one of the hottest ones to surface in the last year...is she also one of the dumbest? Most Amoral/Sociopathic? OR....is there a more RILEY-friendly explanation to this apparent deliberate "fraud"...in fact to call what happened "Fraud" is giving the perpetrator too much credit...could there be someother cause, or someone else to blame? Thanks to Luke's report, i think I have solved the case, at least theoretically.
To actually do what seems to have happened, to claim a INCORRECT check was lost, receive a new corrected one and cash it, then wait THE EXACT amount of time a stop payment would last on the original INCORRECT check and then try to deposit it...that requires a level of SLOTH, and Moronic Sociopathy only found in today's aimless under 25 generation enamored with doing absolutely nothing with their lives except FUCKING, SMOKING, and Pretending to be in a band. In other words, somebody like THIS guy:
Unless Riley had lunch 7-1/2 months ago with those twins (Cherish and Cali Marie, along with their mother, whats her name, the Ma Barker of Porn) and listened a little too closely to what the twins had to say on the angles to play regarding check fraud, I think this whole episode sounds like the brainstorm of a stoned, stupid, lazy-ass boyfriend who has latched on to a young hot meal ticket like Riley and is determined to ride her ass until it bleeds or they are incarcerated.
Seriously, the stoners find the old incorrect check, under 6 months of trash they decide one day in a moment of clarity to clean out of the house, for 1000 bucks (the check which should have been destroyed), and Mr Riley Shy says "Let's try to cash it, no one will ever know, and even if they do, so what? @@@@inhale@@@ (strained voice) We'll act dumb...*cough* @@@exhale@@@@...ack ack" Neither of them probably had any clue about how serious a crime this actually is, but it is their bad luck they got a BANK teller who was as dumb as they are and actually allowed a stale check to go though....
So I guess the question(s) we can ask ourselves is/are:
Will this help Riley's Career or hurt it in the long run?
Does this make her porn scenes more or less strokeable?
Is this stoner Boyfriend the quintessential typical pretty-boy BRAINDEAD meatpuppet who is lucky enough to find a totally fucking HOTT chick like Riley who is willing to ignore ALL other qualities (or lack thereof) except looks? I am thinking of the Bill Pullman Character in Ruthless People from 1984...before Riley was even born.

Unfortunately, in his characteristic rush to scoop other industry mudslingers, Luke has once again jumped the gun.
When I first noticed Riley had been removed from LA Direct's site, I emailed her to ask what was up.
This morning she sent me a long detailed explanation of her side of this non-story. I won't reveal the details, because she asked me not to, and because it's nobody's fuckin' business...
But suffice it to say, she offered what I think was a credible explanation of what happened, and until I've been offered compelling evidence to the contrary, I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.
Unlike a lot of the transient whores that crash the industry just long enough to pay off their meth/crack/junk dealer, and then vanish in a puff of white powder... Riley is serious about her career, and isn't about to put it in jeopardy over a lousy grand.

Wow...I know it sounds juicy, but I didn't think so many people would jump the gun on this one. Unlike Derek, I am not going to post that I have irrefutable evidence that I am innocent until I actually have irrefutable evidence. So think what you want, I'm handling this with Vince, Derek, the bank where the check was cashed, along with the courts and police if necessary. I'll post more when I have the facts to do so. Well, thats a good question, what is with the picture? The 'pertinent' question babe is not related at all to weed/herb/pot....I think Pot has a important role in life....
I actually have you as a friend on Myspace Riley, but until I clicked your profile from Luke's story, I never really checked you out. I was totally expecting to see more HOT pictures of you in your pics section....the boyfriend blazing up in the car was an interesting diversion.
Seriously, this is called making light of an otherwise, serious, kinda disturbing situation. I think most people with any remote interest in you, your 'career' and the incident in question would love to hear your explanation of this entire event. The "GUN" that was jumped was pretty much a pop gun...it's cut and dry....did you cash the check or not? And if so, why?
Like I said, your strokeability is not at issue, nor is your boyfriend or weed...those were just a little attempt at levity to ease the tension and unpleasantness. For those of you who think you've cracked the case...and its my apparent;y "lazy, brain dead meat-something?" You've got to be fucking joking me. My BF is one of the most intellectual, knowledgable people I know. In his fourth year of AE degree, on his way for post grad....for those of you who actually are too stupid to know what the AE stands for...aeronautical engineer. He's also a dual certified personal trainer at 24 hr fitness, who sold his car so that I could move to LA to make movies for you unforgiving assholes.
This is the first time in our 5 year relationship, that I have made more money then him.

To all those who assume without evidence:
You are the reason why the internet lacks creditability and why this site is a worthless piece of shit. All of us can say anything we want, including me, without having to substantiate it, ergo we just mouth off our poorly structured subjective viewpoints.
Here are the facts:
If there is irrefutable evidence, then why hasn't it been provided to the police?
If there is irrefutable evidence, why aren't I or Riley in jail?
Oh yeah...there isn't!
Kurt Webb cashed the check, Riley's stepfather. The same Kurt Webb who had the police remove her from his house when he found out she was a porn star (did I mention we weren't allowed back in the house to get her possessions). This can all be proved by San Jose Police Departments records if anyone wants to try to verify on their own. Or, you can do what your supposed to do and let the legal system take its precious time to persecute the guilty parties.
Until then your just making yourselves look bad because Riley is innocent and will be exonerated. Ask Vince voyeur who cashed the check...it is signed by Kurt Webb, in San Jose, on a date when Riley was in LA...oh yeah and did I mention her and her step father (along with the rest of her family) haven't spoken since he called her a whore and a prostitute 4 months ago? Motive maybe? Moving forward...
To the brilliant mind who posted my picture...would you like a picture of me going over an active control algorithm, wearing my dorky glasses? Based on ONE picture you proceed to pass judgement.

She even asked for two days to get the police involved and was denied this request because he didn't BELIEVE her. Derek never gave Riley a chance to prove she had nothing to do with the check being cashed.
How is it that we cannot see that this is an obvious attack on Riley from Derek who is pouting because he didn't get his way.
I, among many others, applaud Riley for not letting Derek push her around as he does most of his girls.
Oh yeah...and why isn't Vince going after Kurt Webb or the Bank that cashed this expired check without it being signed in front of a teller?

i don't know, why isn't he? how did mr. webb get the check in the first place? if riley was still living with him at the time, it's reasonable but still kinda hard to get an expired check paid to the order of someone other than who it's written to cashed i'd think. if i'm wrong, i'm wrong, i'm just curious. also, i don't know if signing things in front of the teller matters that much.
personally, a grand isn't going to make or break me, but i sure as fuck wouldn't lose track of a check i needed to destroy for that amount.

The check was left in my room when I was forcibly removed from my home (having to leave ALL of my possessions i.e. the check behind.) The check was in a treasure chest of mine, kept because it was the first check I ever recieved. You're right about how the check should NOT have been allowed to be cashed, it's against California law. The proof I will eventually provide (surveillence, phone records, and police reports from when I was kicked out by my dad) will show all this...along with what a dickhead Derek is.

I was lost in San Francisco for several days, I watched The Aviator a couple times on HBO, and Sam aka Mr Riley Shy reminds of a modern day failed Howard Hughes. Aeronautical Engineer for his own purposes as well as aspiring film maker, albeit in an Indirect manner (selling his car so his personal Katherine Hepburn-esque porn squeeze can make these movies for us....)
