Where to Hire Models

I'm new to this so I apologize if this is common knowledge, but what websites or what companies should I use to hire talent for b/g scenes? I have specific models I want to hire: Azlea Antistia, Alexa Rae, Krystal Steal, Silvia Saint, Sydney Steele, Jessica Jewel, Kristi Myst, Lannie Barbie, Zana, and Austin Kincaid. I've been searching but I come up with nothing. Maybe they're all with different companies or agencies. In that case, does anyone know which companies I can hire any of these models from?

Keep dreaming. A handful of those girls already have contracts, were so two years ago, or married a billionaire in Monaco. The rest don't exactly repsond to anonymous guys on porn message boards who don't even give any background info on their company.

Thanks for the info. But that sucks that so many of the models I want to hire are out of the business.
The reason I didn't give any info for my company is that I am in the process of starting the company and I am trying to put a budget together. Not being able to find out how to hire and how much the models will cost is making the budget tough.

The cost of the models is the least of your worries. Marketing a product in a field that you clearly know nothing about should be your focus. Maybe you should invest in a time machine to get those names you mentioned on board.

I was just trying to find out how much it will cost to get started and where I can go to get real information about all this stuff.

I don't know one single fucking thing about the porn business except I like to  to it, therefore maybe my advice to you will help. If I were in your position and wanted to "make it big" in the porn industry I would move my ass to porn valley get a job in the business, preferrably nonperforming, and learn as much as I could first hand of all aspects. You will find out quickly, one, if you even like the business and, two, if you have enough talent to be successful. So, fire up orbitz and get a ticket brotha.

Actually the poster brings up an interesting aspect to "modern" porn production and distribution. By that I mean, anyone with decent funds can 'hire' women from the slew of agencies that exsist today and produce the BJ flicks that flood the retail DVD market or internet. If you watch any of these flicks, you can see they are not produced on the 'professional' level or caliber of a Jules Jordan, but they are produced nonetheless. For $8-10,000, some guy can shoot, edit, post prduction, package and retail product. He can, over time, with moderate sales, recupe his initial outlay of money and may even make a small profit. Since 95% of these guys are in it for the sex, they can have the sex they dream of with women that would NEVER screw them otherwise, and even make money doing it. That is way 'legitimate' porn production is such a closed industry. The men that run it now KNOW they have a good thing going. With 12,000 flicks a year produced and who knows how many sex web sites, you don't think this is occurring already.

A distribution company won't even talk to you unless you have at least 10 titles ready for distribution.
Equipment, manpower, talent and agency fees, etc., you're looking at close to a quarter of a million dollars to start.
