are you sure this is a purely recent development? i would have expected a talent pool drawn so heavily from places like prisons and prefabricated housing wouldn't have had parents who knew what flouride was or could take the time away from touching their crying children to teach 'em about basic oral hygiene. let alone spring for a quality orthodontist.

I hate bad tweekers. I have been using meth hard core for years. I make a habit of waxing my car and all the neighbors cars with a flashlight at 4 in the morning. I spend hours picking my face in the mirror. I speak continuously to the tree people and they talk back. I have bags of dirty laundry piled around the house, in the garage, and loaded in the trunk of my car at all times. I am 2 hours late at best for any engagement I have.
