Here's another heartwarming good deed never goes unpunished tale straight from Chef Jeff. And just in time for Labor Day and the Jerry's Kids Telethon. Also credit Lain Oi for this week's most brilliantly contrived porno excuse.

Porn Valley- I spoke to Chef Jeff this morning and he's got some drama involving Lain Oi. It began with last year when Jeff had a 2,300 sq. foot studio with Karina in downtown L.A. Jeff had hired Oi for shoots. Oi was with Adult Staffing Services at the time before Harry Weiss got there. However Jeff's wife Kinzie Kenner was working in the offices and knew Oi.

Jeff says from the times he hired Oi she was very nice, quiet but that Oi and her boyfriend Josh, who's not in the business, got evicted from their apartment. Consequently they were living out of a hotel in Compton. Feeling bad about their situation, Jeff offered Oi and her boyfriend space over at his place until they could find something else.

"We didn't charge them rent or anything," says Jeff. "They just came and stayed with us. Our offer to stay a few weeks turned into three months. No big deal. They were quiet. We never asked them for rent but they never offered any, either." According to Jeff, the studio deal with Karina wasn't working out so he moved to Arizona.

"Lain's boyfriend is from Arizona and they decided they also wanted to move back there, conveniently," said Jeff who was getting a 3 bedroom house and was more than willing to rent a room to Oi for $500. According to Jeff, everyone was fine with that.

"But they didn't have any cash to move so I paid for the moving truck and moved all of us out there," says Jeff. "But they did reimburse me for that. They were okay with the rent for the first two months. But then the third month they were coming back to L.A. to work. A month went by they didn't pay the rent. A second month went by they didn't pay the rent. "We hadn't seen or heard from them. Finally I get a hold of the boyfriend on the phone and say, yeah, you got to take care of this. He comes back to Arizona to take care of it. In the mean time they've got two cats that they left there- the cats tore up the room and did a good amount of damage to the carpets and blinds. "The room was damaged and shitty," Jeff continues. "So Josh comes back to settle with me. He's a $100 short. They owed us a grand. Plus a phone bill of a couple hundred bucks. Then he splits again without much indication to say we're going to be back. Or keep an eye on the cats. He just splits again. We don't hear from them and they leave the cats there, all the stuff. They're gone this time for another two months. No rent. No phone calls."

By the time Josh and Oi get back to Arizona, Jeff has taken it upon himself to move their stuff out.

"They owe us a good three months rent at the very least plus utilities, etc.," says Jeff. "I get on the phone with him yesterday to tell him I've moved the stuff into storage. I say what about settling up. He says you'll have to talk to Lain about that because we're now broken up and he has nothing to do with it. I'm going, you're kidding me. Here's the kicker. As we're moving their stuff, we come across some drug paraphernalia, a crack pipe and her father's urn full of his ashes. She just abandoned it there. I thought of all the things to leave. The excuse was why they couldn't pay- she had lockjaw and couldn't suck cock. She wasn't able to work to pay the bills and the boyfriend said it's not his responsibility."

Jeff talked to Oi this morning.

"It's not the money- it's the principle of the thing," he says. "It's just a matter of courtesy when people go out of their way for you that you're going to take care of the bill. They just split and abandoned two cats."

I'm writing to you in regards of the recent article on www.adultfyi.com entitled "Oi My God She Left Her Daddy's Ashes" LOL. This article in fact doesn't not shock me one bit. And I'll just you why. In fact, what I'm about to tell you will make sense to the recent article and vice versa. And I'm so sorry that Kinsey Kenner and Chef Jeff had to go through this. If I had known, I would have warned them. Here we go, take deep breath:

Late Spring, Early Summer of last year (2004) I had met Lain Oi on a small set in Van Nuys who was staying temporarily with Mr. Poo who was working for the Meatholes gang. He told me that she had been new in the industry, great girl, from Arizona and needs a place to stay until she gets a place of her own. To which he no longer has anymore room after the next few days since he has another girl coming into town that he previously made promise to have a place for her to stay. He asked me if I had an extra room in my townhouse to rent out to her. I asked him a few questions regarding her being clean, if she cleaned up after herself and wondered if he knew she did drugs at all. He said that she had been tidy since she had been staying with him and never appeared to be on drugs. So I took his word.

From then, I took Lain Oi under my wing. I opened my home up and let her have my extra room with her own bathroom and a computer with internet access to use whenever she wanted. At the time she was being represented by I believe it was XTC models, in which she had made complaints that they made her feel uncomfortable and having no desire to escort. So I told her to leave them, I offered my help to get her some gigs and go from there. I didn't charge her rent the first month so that she could get herself on her feet. The very first day I welcomed her into my home, I took her to the grocery store and said to get anything she needs and to just pay me half the bill back whenever she has the money. I should have known what I was in for when the girl grabbed only candy and bread. I told her she was nuts to starve herself like that to which she replied with the fact that, candy and bread was her daily nutrition the last six months because she was poor and couldn't afford anything else. It made sense. She was super thin and boney. I made her go down each isle and pick out real food. And because she loves to cook, I would purposely let her cook so I could get her to eat. She was a great cook to throw in a little bit of positivity LOL.

For the first two weeks of living with me, she would clean all the dishes she made dirty. Cleaned up after herself. Her bedroom was a little messy but it was tolerable. She seemed to be down and up off and on but she made it clear it was depression and was on medication for it. I totally understood that. SHortly later she mentioned she had a boyfriend, back in AZ. She talked so highly of him. "Gen he's so classy like you. He has your kind of taste, sweet guy and very responsible, I think you'd like him" I took her word on it again. Another words, I let him move in with her meanwhile she's working regularly, making some money, putting some weight on. Helped her go out and get hair extensions since her hair was so thin and short at the time. Made her get her nails and toes done. Shopping for porno clothes. Talked to her about the industry. Do's and Don'ts. Everything was fine.

The next nearly two months staying at my home was a dirty disaster. Her boyfriend shows up with a U-Haul to make the story short and has their mother cat and I believe it was four kittens. Keeping in mind I have two cats of my own who are very well trained, with their shots and I did not want unfixed cats with no medical treatment in my home infesting my cats. Being that I have a large garage, we made a big play space for them along with a fan to keep them cool. I was pissed but I'm a nice person. Since the boyfriend had moved in, everyday the kitchen was a disaster. I dont know how they managed to dirty every single dish in the cabinet, along with pots and pans, silverware etc. WHen they didn't clean up after themselves, I would do it. WIthout saying anything. After time it got old and the messes would get worse, so I started to say something. That didn't work. Even their room as disgusting. And it was interesting that everytime I did walk in there, I'd walk out with a very dry mouth and feel light headed. That made me suspicious.

After weeks of them not caring for their kittens properly, not getting them fixed or at least giving them away to those who would love to have a cat they insisted they'd keep them. They never did make effort to find a place to stay. And little did I know that Lain had been in Check Systems twice with bad credit, no bank account and no way of getting approved for an apartment. Which makes sense why they never tried to find a place of their own.

One Saturday evening, I was on the computer checking e-mail and Lain came up to ask me if I could give her directions to Down Town L.A. so I got out a map so that I can show her visually where she'd be going and wrote directions down. She asked me if I wanted to go with them to a party. I declined since that really wasn't my thing. Being that I was on the computer in her room, as soon as I finished giving her directions, with a purse in her hand and keys in her boyfriends hand, they looked ready enough to just leave. But they stood there looking at me like they were expecting me to leave the room. So as suspicious as I was becoming I played along, walked out to go put the map away. As soon as I walked out, they shut the door and I heard the lock. I get a phone call and as I'm on the phone five minutes later they walk out heading down the stairs waving good-bye.

I asked my friend on the phone if he thought it would be awful of me to go snooping through their thi ngs if I felt overly suspicious of anything going on in the room. He didn't think it was wrong. I first look under the bed and find a shoe box... funny that the first thing I search through happened to reveal a bag of cocaine, bag of meth, scale, two glass pipes or flask, straws, razor blades, pipe for marijuana i believe and a few other little tools in there. I freaked the fuck out being that I had never been in a situation nearly close to something like this. I had my friend come over as fast as possible to calm me down. Strangely Lain and Josh weren't gone for very long. Thankfully I put everything back where it belonged trying not to move anything as if it were obvious.

WHen they did come back home, Lains eyes were blood shot red, she was out of it. S he went straight to bed, woke up two hours later and sucked down a few popsicles. I was so enraged in a way I never felt before, I grabbed my dagger letter opener and darted down the stairs so fast in attempt to let out a vast amount of violence towards them. Luckily my friend yanked me back up the stairs to keep anything from happening and thankfully they had no clue I was on my way down there to harm them. And sadly this was the only particular situation that ever made me want to be so physically abusive. It scared me.

To end the fiasco I had to come up with a clever idea to calm down and have a talk with them the following day I believe it was and use the excuse that they revealed no respect or appreciation of me opening my home to them and helping them out getting work. I had to tell them they were slobs and that I couldn't live under those conditions anymore. And asked them to be out within short time. Which is when she went to her manager over at Adult Staffing Services to help her find a place. The rest is history.

I had Lain working at least three times a week which should have been more than enough to live comfortably at my home. I paid $1800 plus utilities, trash and everything else except her cell phone bill. I wasn't asking her to pay half of what I pay monthly. And she couldn't do that. I dont care about the money and dont plan on having it back but it was the simple acknowledgement of saying they dont have money, or even apologize. Anything.

But anyhow, Lain Oi and her boyfriend time and time again always talked about some fucked up chick on set and thought how stupid that was. They constantly made comments about hwo someone is a "crack head" or any other derrogatory drug related term towards someone on set or in the industry. I never thought anything of it. But it makes sense to me, they were trying everything in their power to hide the fact that they are probably the biggest drug heads in the industry. Being that I live in a very clean, drug free atmosphere. Its a damn shame.

Bottom line... after many conversations with these two kids, its evident that not only do they do cocaine and meth along with pot by the buttloads but I know her boyfriend is a fan of ecstacy and acid cuz he sure talked about it in the sense that it was a big part of his PAST... which is probably still his FUTURE. LOL

P.S. I have bottled up this story and have told very few the whole story just to avoid conflict and knowing the fact that she was rising talent in this industry, under the books of LA Direct and didn't want to ruin any possibilities of her cleaning up and doing something for herself. Evidently that's not happening. So there you have the rest of the saga. Enjoy!

At that time the cops had a policy of taking everyone who lived at the scene when drugs were found. If you lived with someone and drugs were found in a shared area you got arrested too, and all of a dorm room is shared space... That's why I reacted that way.
