I was a big fan of Shane in the early to mid-90s. Met her at an AVN convention where I awkwardly offered her my XXX resume. (Yes, I made up an actual resume.) Getting her autograph made the trip from Canada worth it.

It has all the protein, nutrients, etc. that you require and you just blend this stuff up and drink it every day instead of eating food. It has the unfortunate name of "Soylent" even though it's not soy-based and contains no people.

Good video. I was mildly interested in trying out Soylent for maybe a month or two to drop my last 15lbs that I'm trying to lose until I heard it contains no cholesterol. Your body can't make testosterone without cholesterol. Although, I guess I could add in a couple boiled eggs a day to get some.
