A couple of random pictures from Moscow. I'm still sorting through what I have so I've just quickly picked a couple from different folders. The guy on the horse is Yuri Dolgoruki: founder of Moscow, the mansion is the Kuskovo: Summer home of the Sheremetev family (basically the Russian version of The Breakers). Everything else is around town, except the cannon which is at the Kremlin.

BTW: Russians have the craziest tv shows. They had a show where serial killers are interviewed in a Jerry Springer like fashion with audiences asking them questions. This show however wasn't very popular. I asked someone about it (very excited) and their response was: "Oh, I just watched one or two episodes of that. Didn't really like it."

Oddly enough, that particular piece you asked about represents Ignorance. The sculpture is called The Children - victims of adult vices.
