In all fairness, the convention was held on the 3rd floor and they feared for the structural integrity of the floor with such a massive amount of weight in one booth. Imagine if Marley Mason was in there too. The floor wouldn't stand a chance.

Yes I played volleyball for 6 years, 2 seasons a year. Scouted by schools after going to camp freshman year... blew out my shoulder at 17 so that was the end of that. I played basketball and was a cheerleader. But everyone knows cheerleading isn't a sport.

Funny how you seem to have forgotten meeting me -- when you shot for my black pornstar girlfriend Vanessa Blue. Either way, while it may not be fair, production companies, porn and mainstream, do get to cast their movies and hire talent with broad latitude in regards to Title VII and the Unruh Act.
There are First Amendment aspects to casting and there are really no studies in regards to casting in porn. There was a study done a couple of years ago in mainstream, but it would be hard to convince a jury that blacks are discriminated against in the adult industry without empirical studies.
I dont disagree with you though. Its just not a viable suit.

Monica, According to NAAFA Michigan is the only State with law prohibiting discrimination against overweight people enacted in 1977. The Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination practices based on 10 categories, including weight. So basically the four girls will lose. Now as far as being politically incorrect that's all there is here at XPT so why don't you just say what you really want to say... how do you know that those specific companies are discrimating against you. Do you have any inside information???
