I thought Sexual Favors got paid cash/drugs up front. Is this some kind of regular arrangement you have with Fishbein, where he direct deposits you the first of every month? If I were you, I'd get my lawyers on it right away.

If i dont get my money soon Im going to wait for the guy after work and beat the Jew out of him and thats no joke. Yo, while I genuinely sympathize with your predicament, it's not smart to post such unqualified, unflinchingly violent threats on a public forum...I mean, you do realize that if ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING happens to this man, if he so much as slips on a banana peel or sits on a thumbtack, you will be considered a suspect and possibly detained by law enforcement. Granted I am usually about as serious as Dave Chappelle, but this is true....I mean, look, the guy is a (1) Pornographer and (2) a JEW so you've got two huge strikes against getting your cash in a timely manner. If you really want to get back at him, post EVERYEHWERE that he simply gave you the shaft, NOT threats. I'd hate to see someone with your penchant for vitriol truly in deep trouble. You have a talent, preserve it and yourself...
Ask Gia J. for advice, I am assuming they pay her for her photo and coverage services and she hasnt mentioned getting stiffed or slow payed.

I have done several freelance jobs for AVN and always gotten paid, BUT you have to get your request in the system, IE-send them an invoice for your services via e-mail to the accounting department, and let them know you have already waited X number of days. I believe it has taken from 30 days- 90 days for me to get paid. Alot of companies run that way. Patience and following the proper channels will get you way more then threats. I have a lot of respect for Paul Fishbein and the way he has always treated me, so "do on to others" applies here. Talking like a pissed off seventh grader isn't going to get you paid. Being professional will.

You shouldn't have to wait like that for a simple measley check, Cindy. Just tell those ladies in the Accounting Dept. to put down their nail filer and get to fucking work. It's not that difficult. No excuses accepted on their part unless they got robbed or shot.

As a former controller, if I saw your threat against my "boss" your invoice would get lost continuously. I would likely then hold out, find any part of your contract [assuming you have one] as cause for non-payment, call your work not up to "standard" and try to get legal to settle with collections or your lawyer for % of owed.
