Oh, I fully expect that most, if not all of the alt directors will be forced to either go on the dole or, ahem, find real work, and that the jondra will remain moribund for a decade or more, without a single title produced. But, sooner or later, some clique of douchebags with influence beyond necessity or comprehension is going to rediscover alt in the same way Disco has periodic glimmers of "comeback."
