If you buy or rent Neu Wave Hookers, you will receive three discs. The first one is Eon’s new movie Neu Wave Hookers. The second is Eon’s bonus DVD of extras. The third is The Dark Brother’s New Wave Hookers, which is the original version. I’m going to tell you about all three of them, and also let you hear what some other reviewers think. New Wave Hookers- The Original (1984) (disc 3) Cindi’s review

So strange to see all natural boobies and hairy bushes. The boobs are nice, but I don’t get into all that hair down there.
The movie begins, two male friends decide to program chicks to fuck whenever they hear New Wave music. They decide to be pimps who could “really lay some pipe on the bitches.”
Poof! All of a sudden the friends are in their pimp office. Good but silly acting. One now speaks with a Chinese accent. No reason. They have a human dog that says ring, ring when the phone is about to ring because he has the second sight. This whole movie is kinda like a bunch of frat boys getting drunk and putting on an improv, badly!
Skater girl stops by the office and they start playing new wave music. Next thing she is getting fucked, masturbating, getting jerked off, using a silver vibrator and giving a blow job all in the space of one rather long song. Scenery is really low budget and cheesy. Why do I have the feeling this is going to be one of those it was all a dream movies?
The new pimps send out their first two hookers to a non-English speaking Arab (played by a very young hot muscular Peter North), who lives in a tent in the desert. He does a mild threesome and then shots all over ass and tits.
Next two nerds call for an anal beauty, Cherry (an adorable young Ginger Lynn) arrives, and she makes the filling for the double dick sandwich. I imagine a DP was pretty cool for the time. That it didn’t happen all that often back then.
This movie is boring. Okay fast forward through the sushi scene. Next up three girls tied to a revolving wheel while they are reconditioned to get horny from the music. Hottest scene of all, guys just do what ever they want to the babes, finger fuck ‘em, pussy eating, and all of a sudden the cops show up, but instead of closing them down, they join in. So now there are 3 girls and five guys. It’s orgy time! Tit slapping and nipple squeezing and collars around their necks and being force feed leather and cum. Very long loud, but worthwhile scene. Then the two guys wake up back in their living room. Guess what, it was all a FUCKING dream!!!!!!!! Oh God I HATE THAT!
Well a critic I love and respect very much gave this movie a super high grade: Roger Pipe:A+. I give this movie a: C-.
I liked the music, the real boobs, and the orgy scene had its hot moments. The rest was just plain silly.

Our beautiful young things buy a VCR and Video tapes at a garage sale. They have never seen one before! They take it home and figured out how to work it and started watching that old time movie New Wave Hookers, one of them got called off to work (she’s a hooker). She goes to meet her John, who is unfortunately is old and creepy and scary looking. (Sorry Dirty Harry) She wants to leave so badly and he wants her to stay, they go back and forth, he offers her more money while she’s fending him off. She finally breaks away and goes to the bathroom. Cut to the girls at home, now IN the movie they were watching. In this movie you don’t care about some low end scenery, first it seems like it should be there and second you can’t take your eyes off the sex. Joanna cums first, and for real! Kurt do you have any time open in your schedule? Kurt then cums in Joanna’s pretty mouth. I like the weird way some of the dialog is shot. It’s as if people are in separate places on the phone when they are actually standing next to each other, one reading dialog off a page. So it’s like rehearsal, but it’s part of the movie.
Then our creepy guy calls for Joanna to come on over, she also does, but gets out quickly. She has a great line there “ It’s weird, I’m constantly having sex but never with who I want and what I want.”
Then we have two big dicks going in and out of cute tiny Sierra, mouth and pussy, until everything ends up how she wants it, in a DP. It’s unbelievable that everything fits. Sierra has to weight less then eighty-five pounds.
Next is a GoGo’s like song with the girls all trading clothes and posing for us, naked, clothed, naked clothed, Justine looks especially scrumptious naked. After deciding what to wear they all break into VCA (the company that put out this movie) where they did through files and find some notes from the first New Wave Hookers silly funny stuff, like when he lets “Traci Lords” try out for the part, and all the fun with her fake ID’s. Three-way with Kurt Lockwood. Cute musical number turns into a girly orgy!!! Five young hot chickees having lots of fun with the lights on! The four on one (including toy DP) was probably the best scene in the movie. Then the girls do a train with toys. I nominate this orgy as 2006 best all girl sex scene for every set of awards in which I vote.
Playful, realistic sex, lots of real orgasms, and fabulous music. Whole movie has a B-52’s slash disco slash Goth slash punk slash techno feel all mixed together. Maybe even a bit new wave…..Beautiful, but edgy all natural girls who like their job as porn stars and it shows. Neu Wave Hookers, great all around, nothing is missing, make sure that includes U! I give this movie an A! Rog gave this movie an F!
Here’s what Rog had to say- “How in the world can this movie possibly live up to the hype and legacy behind it? Maybe that gives away too much about how I feel about it, but too bad. Even if I hadn’t just watched it and even if I weren’t fighting the urge to simply type “Wow, did that suck” and call it a day, the deck would be stacked against Eon McKai’s addition to the New Wave Hookers franchise. Even though the Dark Bros. movie was shot over twenty years ago, it still stands up as an edgy, gritty fuck flick with comedy and above all, a sense of perversion to it. It was a pop culture movie to be sure, but one that never lost sight of the fact that it was fantasy. Guys, both young and old, loved the slutty way new wave or punk chicks dressed and wanted to fuck them. Even though Dark used mainstream porn chicks to pose (badly) as punker girls, the illusion worked. Truth be damned, it was fantasy. What about now? Eon is the poster boy for alt.porn which seems to me just another excuse to dress up stroke flicks, pretend they are art and then show them off for people who have nothing but utter contempt for the people who make, and more importantly, watch X-rated product. AT least someone agrees with me, SF has reviewed porn movies, and music for years- SF Review Dude- “Eon is NOT for everybody. He's different, he's edgy and he's far from the mainstream. I would think he appeals to those that like Gothsend and Taboo - the young punky tattooed body pierced anti social element - and that includes girls, I've met a few that love that stuff. Eon kind of makes me think like a porno Marilyn Manson might direct. Like they say, different strokes for different folks. I think the under 30 crowd will go big big on Neu Wave Hookers. I give Neu Wave Hookers at A- The Orgasmatron song leading into the lesbian orgy was the greatest.
But truthfully most reviewers don’t agree with SF Review Dude and me. SmutMutant writes most of the reviews for XXXPornTalk.com, and he also has his own newsletter of porn reviews. Smut says- “To me, seeing the old VCA logo intro is sacred. Neu Wave Hookers is the Heaven' s Gate of porn and what Eon Mckai did was like finger painting shit over a Monet, turning the hottest film in porn history into a cold zip-loc for art fags to get off on. The porn game is obviously way more crowded today like a feeding frenzy of technology, so I guess someone thought alt.porn is some kind of groundbreaking new style that would redefine porn forever. Dead wrong, VCA's future should be the Excessive Entertainment faction. They should stick to that and listen up despite the sales the hype bought for this. Death to the alt. porn/ anti-porn insurgency. It's not only bad porn, it's bad art.”
And the highly respected Den of CAVR.com opens his review of Neu WH with “Early favorite for worst Feature of 2006!” Uh Oh! I seem to be outvoted! But certainly not overruled!
In last minute news right before going to print-VCA drops Eon McKai. “It’s not very often that a company decides to terminate contract discussions with a rising director when they share a movie that sits in the number one position on the DVD sales chart, but that is exactly what VCA Pictures is doing as the Larry Flynt owned company says goodbye to Eon McKai.”
AND Vivid picks him up!
Eon McKai Productions will make twelve films in its first year, including four that 26-year-old McKai will direct himself. He will hire other cutting-edge directors to make the remaining eight films. “This guy is great and he’ll tap us directly into this exciting new trend in the adult movie industry,” says Steven Hirsch, co-founder and co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment. “Eon will find the first actress to give a fresh, new face to the imprint. He’ll also be looking for all sorts of alternative and progressive talent and programming to keep us at the top of this genre. I can’t wait to see his first work.”
CL-So Rog loved the original and hates the neu one. SF loved the neu one. I am not impressed by the original and loved the neu one. Smut hates the neu one. VCA is sick of dealing with Director Eon McKai, and Vivid can’t wait to grab him! Talk about a controversial movie. Just goes to show that you have to find a reviewer whose tastes are similar to yours in order to know whose advice to follow. Or don’t follow anyone’s advice, just pick out what you think you will like! But defiantly take a look at Neu Wave Hookers, and let me know what you think!

Cindi, like I always say, an ultimate truth in porn as quoted directly from my Pornonomicon © is that one man's pig is another man's pleasure. Everybody sees things differently in porn especially, even the clones and the cylons are all looking for something different to tickle the pickle just right. However, you really need to see the original unedited New Wave Hookers with the Traci Lords scene. It alone almost makes the whole movie great and in actuality, without it New Wave Hookers is missing it's soul.
I think the altporn market is limited to another generation's outcasts and freaks. Mainstream people may get tattoos or their noses pierced, but they'll still want porn to look like porn for normal people. Sadly, that's another reason why Vivid sucks to Smutanico's gonzo sensibilities, but hey, when's our next cyber sex session?
