I should be the last person to call someone out about writing articles. I suck at it. But I have to call him out. Henri Pachard is a) Writer for ADT or b) ADT has suckered him into thinking there is only one source for information in the universe. I say that because his last 5 articles all have hyperlinks to ADT which have nothing to do with the story he's writing.. . I'm a dumbshit and will always be a dumbshit. But I at least know the gender to the person I'm writing about.
ok here is mt writing to Henri. below is the article I'm talking about,
Henri,
Do you do any research before you write an article? It took me 10 seconds to go to dvsx.com and click staff&bio and scroll down to see the new PR is a lady. Plus your story talks about instant crediblity, well that works both ways. Your last 6 articles indicate you only use ADT.com as a reference. So please let me know, do you work for ADT or just use them as your only source? Your story has a htperlink to ADT.com, yet the story was 100% about DVSX and marketing. There is no hyperlink for them?????
I'm not trying to be a prick, but I like DVSX a lot and calling her he, and him is a total insult. I hope you correct it before you hurt HER feelings.

Winning The Game With Quick-Release Hype
by Henri Pachard

DVSX(NO HYPERLINK) Productions recently took on a new guy by the name of Sun Y. Chen to handle its press and publicity; and while I personally have no idea who he is, or what he's (or she?) done in the game before; but this kid's no dummy, he's got style.
The first thing he's done for his company is to come right out of the gate announcing that he's new in the game. And by doing that, he just gave DVSX(NO LINK) an instant shot of even more credibility.
Think about it: If you were a reporter for some news source, who're you going to really trust more, the guy that tells you he's new or the guy who always seems to know more than you do? It's the new guy every time; and the reason why is so simple, most people will never catch it.
It's because the new guy put his trust in you first.
Every publicity or spin doctor I've ever met always gave me the impression that they were deep with contacts, names, history and those kinds of facts and information that tends to generate both confidence and curiosity about whatever's being hyped and promoted. And up to now, I always thought that's why companies wanting publicity would take on these more knowledgeable people -- because they had better access to the media and were able to generate more "pick up" and better placement.
And I thought I had a better handle on publicity and hype than most guys, but now I realize what little I know from what I think I just learned.
The next thing Sun's done was to take his assignment straight to the source; ADT(HYPERLINK), where the market's minority, instead of its majority, is most accessible. They're the ones that buy the most porn.
The rest was easy; after letting us know that he's new in the game, he runs the interview**(HYPERLINK TO ADT) he did with director Steve Drake and gets him to tell the readers about his latest productions for DVSX, Let Me Taste It and Travel Sluts.
At first, I thought this was easy; but after I thought about, this new guy just made it look easy. The kid's made some slick, smooth and nice subtle moves with just a few strokes.
Sun didn't hype either his new boss, Alex Ladd, or his company, which I think most new spin guys would probably do. Instead he goes with Steve Drake, an independent director that's been freelancing for DVSX for over a year, as I understand.
But Steve Drake has a longer track record than Alex Ladd, so more people know more about his stuff.
Next, Steve's not an owner of DVSX(NO LINK AGAIN); he's the guy that the owner brings in again, and in this business, again counts for more.
Then Sun Y. Chen gets Steve Drake to sell himself. And by doing this, DVSX(THIS IS GETTING OLD), Alex Ladd and Sun gain far more credibility instead of selling themselves.
Always get the other guy to hype your stuff; it's not only more effective, it's free.
Publicity, promotion, hype, spin; whatever we choose to label it, it's never an easy task in porn. I sure as hell wouldn't want to do it.
But always remember the final goal for publicity in this game: Paying a guy to keep your act in the media is only the first step after you're on the scoreboard.
The next step is when your act's all over the media and you no longer have to pay for it. But save your money; you're going to need it when you get to the final step.
When you're paying the guy even more to keep your act out of the media is when you know you've won the game.
