Besides, I think it's more a matter of preference. I would say that charging more to fuck a black guy is inherently racist. You also can't have seperate water fountains for blacks. I just shooting from the hip here, but charging a different rate for IR may violate the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Article VII) which makes discrimination in employment illegal.

I think moxie might be right on this one....Ive never heard of a higher charge for IR, as stated earlier, Im not calling anyone racist, but this is unheard of. It is quite possible that the girls feel like its more difficult work, therefore want to charge more, but if that were the case, this would be commonplace, and it is not. I would wager that is not commonplace because its not legal.
