It’s not the economy stupid.....its people and how they "relate" to content...

The only way retail porn thrives (I was the stock clerk at a XXX shop in Toronto for many years) is because of the variety.

I'm not sure the premise is completely right but I believe it touches very squarely on the basis of what's wrong with today's porn. Very little fantasy unless it's a feature. Guys in porn scenes are an annoying necessity. Most straight male porn viewers try to ignore the guys, but it's impossible. They are there and the scene couldn't happen without them. Given that there will always be guys in porn, it's best that they not be old, vile and repugnant. It would take only one or two more Dick Nasty scenes to compel me never to watch porn again.

I may be wrong but I believe there is more Euro porn that reflects this [ older men younger girls ] than American. Personally the age of the stunt-cock doesn't bother me. The only thing about their appearance that bothers me is are too many tattoos/piercings since I find it visually distracting.
My number one demand is quiet from them. Once the sex starts, unless the scene specifically calls for dialog that enhances the scene, I want no talking or sounds of any kind coming from the prop.
I also tend away from the "enormous" penis scenes. It doesn't do it for me. It seems to be for guys who want to see gigantic penises more than guys who want to see girls. [Though I guess girls or guys with enormous penises might like it as well].

Remer, there are a ton of sites in the 'Old/Young' niche, like Oldje, Jim Slip, and various others and they are doing fairly well, so it's hardly fair to say that this audience isn't being catered for. Still, I guess the potential longevity and long-term profitability of this niche is akin to Warren Buffett's thoughts on owning stock in Gillette: 'Every night I go to sleep, safe in the knowledge that all over the world, beards are growing.'...just as beards are growing, porn fans are getting older too, and thus the desire to see porn wherein the male talent is reflective of themselves (with female talent that is definitely not reflective of the type of women they are likely to be able to pull) is ever growing.
