You guys don't seem to understand that it's all about the woman and her concept of how she looks, not about whether or not you like the way her tits look naked. Porn is just a tiny portion of her life. Remember that most people wear clothes most of the time and a boob job generally looks good in clothes. It probably makes them fit her better up top.
