I knew that nothing good could come from Bree hanging around with that no-good son of a bitch Charlie Sheen.
At least she still looks cute in her mug shot.
Bree Olson -- one of Charlie Sheen's infamous porn friends -- was arrested on Thursday in Fort Wayne, IN on suspicion of driving under the influence ... TMZ has learned.
According to law enforcement sources, Olson was driving a black Lexus when she was involved in a single car accident. We're told she was not hurt and received no medical treatment.
Law enforcement sources tell us the officers on scene noticed a strong smell of alcohol on her breath and bloodshot and watery eyes. We're told she took a breathalyzer test and blew a .19 -- though she told cops she only had two beers.
She was arrested by the Allen County Sheriff's Department and eventually released on $750 bail.
Olson, an adult film star, was partying with Sheen during his second most recent bender ... that we know of.

I've also noticed that she's skipped out on her porn bookings this week. According to her Twitter, Bree is still in Ft. Wayne but she was supposed to fly out to LA for porn shoots this weekend. I guess Charlie Sheen paid her so well that she doesn't need to work?

A 0.19 might not be so bad for someone who drinks daily but I still agree with you. For a woman, as small as she is, she was probably pretty impaired even if she could talk a good game.

the guys i don't try to hang with boozing should be hitting double the legal limit pretty smoothly in reality. drunk? yeah, but after a few hundred liters of scotch i think they develop some kind of homing-pigeon/dolphin-click shit to find their way home sans incident.

Hope this doesn't interfere with her work schedule. She's supposed to "judge" the 3rd Annual Painted Lips and Lolly Licks: The Sexy Film Festival (remotely somehow) hosted in Ottawa this coming week.
Not sure what makes her qualified to judge anything. Based on her scenes, I guess the winning film will likely involve canned responses shouted out unconvincingly while a bored-looking girl gets railed.

Bree Olson apparently seems comfortable back home in lovely Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her career "arc" is not as respectable as was that of Pamela Anderson, so I have doubts that mainstream Hollywood will allow her anything more than a marginal role. Despite Sasha Grey's fifteen minutes of mainstream fame, I doubt whether mainstream Hollywood will embrace PWs. Vamos a ver.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. from www.wane.com - A porn star who has been linked to "Two and a half Men" star Charlie Sheen was arrested last week in Fort Wayne for drunk driving.
According to an arrest report from Fort Wayne police, Bree Olson, whose real name is Rachel Oberlin, crashed her Lexus on West Jefferson near Swinney Park just after 11 p.m. on Thursday, February 3. Olson told the officer that arrived on the scene that she was uninjured and that she had slid on a patch of ice after leaving a club earlier in the evening. Her car had taken out a light pole.
The officer noted in the arrest report that Olson smelled strongly of alcohol. She told the officer that she had drank two beers.
Olson was given a breathalyzer test on the scene which had a very poor breath sample according to the arrest report and after she refused to cooperate, the officer put her in handcuffs.
She was then taken to lock-up where the officer noted Olson experienced strong mood swings.
After refusing to submit to a breathalyzer there, Olson was read her Miranda rights and arrested for OWI-refusal.
She was then taken to a hospital for a medical assessment of her condition. The officer noted in the arrest report that while checking into the emergency room, Olson began to remove her pants to urinate and she had to be told several times to stop before being taken to the restroom. After medical personnel completed their assessment, Olson was returned to lock-up. She was later released on bail.
Olson, 24, went to Woodlan High School and reportedly has a home in Fort Wayne.
Celebrity web site TMZ has linked Olson with Charlie Sheen on multiple occasions.

In some places, criminally/civil-wise, no, but with the consequence of a mandatory insurance hit. Not sure about Indiana.

Hospitals do draw blood but it's not the prosecution that gets access to hepa shit. 100k of requests and denials to get the sample in court, mgh or Hopkins type hospitals spend 20million on updated machines yearly, different sphere than da offices. Mds don't like breaking confidentiality and if it was straight er shit good luck
