lol, not whining, just venting, douchebag. I wasted way too much money on bad porn over the years, which is part of the reason I started reviewing and now see getting screeners as a little payback for money flushed. I've also supported this industry for many years promoting product I like and I know people who produce this stuff for a living not so some imbecile can go download it just because some loser is putting it up free. I'm not saying the industry is innocent of releasing inferior product not worth spending money on, but hey, can't please everybody and those sites are a bigger part of the reason the industry is sinking besides the changing technology and bad dvds.
Plus, any homemade cds I made were from music I already purchased not illegally downloaded and there's no crime in making a copy for my own personal use when I'm not selling it nor am I putting online for the taking. I also used to work in the music industry and I was against napster fucks as well. Finally, photocopying pages from a book is a lame analogy, then again can't expect much from a chump like you anyway. case closed.

If you download some music you like, you go check out the band and give them funds in the form of concert tickets or merchandise. They profit, more so then if their record was sold to you .

Not all bands make a profit from touring & selling merchandise, because generally only the big acts with enough fans to get a monetary guarantee from the venues in case they don't sell enough tickets or if they're big enough to get a percentage from the take at the door and selling t-shirts do. Lame analogy there, because you obviously no nothing about how the gears of the music biz turn. The main money in the music industry for musicians is in the royalties if they sell enough records or have a hit song or lucky enough to get their tracks in a movie. Usually the record company makes the most money from the sales and in some cases most likely just to get the advance back from the wanna-be rock stars who they sell a pipedream that most never achieve. Fuck the music industry btw, it's almost a bigger dirtbag biz than the porn industry. The companies are pimps, not caring about creativity or art unless they can cash in to get a bigger piece of the pie.
And the porn performers make the most immediate cash in hand and that's all they generally care about. They willingly exploit themselves, so it's a deal with the devil they make without anybody holding a gun to their heads. So,if you're so concerned about the performers and greed of the studios what the fuck are you doing here supporting this website? That sorta makes you an accomplice in the evils of this biz, so your analogy is like throwing shit around a bathroom and then bitching about how dirty the place is.

Anyone can start a corporation. You would start one yourself, for example, if you were entering into a new business venture, and didn't want everything you've ever personally worked for to be taken away because of liability issues (in a lawsuit against your new business, say).
Whether a given incorporated porn company is nasty or not is up for debate; likely not if I understand your standard, simply based on their sizes alone (as compared with GE, Monsanto, etc).
People run companies. Don't blame the intangible legal instrument they operate beneath for liability and ownership reasons; blame the people in the leadership positions.

Bottomline: Pirating is wrong. There is no defending it.
There is no reason to attack anyone for being sensitive to the fact that copyright infringement of their industry's product is hurting their bottomline.
In my case, I don't think it does because I wouldn't be buying the porn I collect anyway. I don't watch it. I just download, store and catalog.
The porn I bought since I found eBay, in like 1998 or so, has been USED. I liked getting large lots of unspecified films. I did buy some tapes directly from girls, but most of these sucked. Even when I got specific mainstream titles, I bought them used from AdultDVDMarketplace for a fraction of the cost.
In all honesty, had I been able to download THE Twins from "CastingCouchTeens" in 2006, I would never have found out about pirating. But, at that time they only streamed the file, and I was happy I checked with their tech support before I joined and was ripped off.
In researching how to capture such a file, I discovered the otherwise unknown world of pirating [and XPT].
BUT, this thread is about Robbye Bentley's embarrassing career turn. Please keep it on topic.
