As a sex/ porn addict I've managed over the years to collect up a huge amount of porn mags. Mostly from the 80's and 90's, but a bunch from the new millenium, too.
Anyhoo, I have little interest in them anymore (I need movement and sound) and would like to see them go to a good home(s). I'm not interested in making an assload of money, but I also don't want to pay a bunch to ship them. The other night I ran a bunch thru the shredder to use as packing in my pipe business, but that was kind of depressing.
I guess I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to dump them. Not neccassarily all in one big huge bunch. I guess I'm at a point of being willing to listen to any suggestions short of just hauling them to the local landfill.

i recall back in the mid 80's.....there would be farmers markets in pa dutch cnty with spots with sections of old magazines for sale....but them were da days.

Take them to a pawn shop. My brother took a box of porn to one and they gave him 50¢ per mag.

Find a used bookstore. You're likely to make a couple of collectors very happy and pick up some store credit for a few blue rays and DVDs...

When I was working stork at a downtown Toronto porn shop we would pay people between $.25 and (very very rarely) $1.00 per mag. Usually a quarter.
If you have crazy shit like the Vanessa Williams Penthouse issue you can probably name your price.
Don't expect to make a killing selling them but at least you'll know other pervs are getting the chance to see the stuff.
One time when I was much younger my friends and I found a brown paper bag under a tree in a park. Inside was a stack of porn mags and a gun. So there is another option, leave them someplace public but obscured from view, with a weapon. You'll make some kids day.

I don't know, must have been in around 4th grade.
We were scared shitless. Someone told their parents. The authorities got involved and I never got a good chance to "inspect" the porn but the gun was some kind of tiny revolver. I don't think there were bullets.
Obviously the package was meant for someone else.

Someone did that in my neighborhood once. By the time I got wind of it and raced to the spot with a book bag, the box full o' porn was gone. Some parent must have found out and trashed the entire load.

A while back I donated about 1/3 of my porn mags to a house 4 of my friends were renting.

When I was 11 we found a Giant Eagle bag of Hustler's and Oui's off a trail in Frick Park and then when I went on a camping trip in high school we found a moving box filled with 70's swingers magazines in a state park.

Y'know, so long as it isn't too far out there, I wholeheartedly endorse that. I remember being 12 and stumbling across my dad's collection of playboy. I'm surprised I didn't die of dehydration over the next three days.
