I am trying to look for an 80's movie titled "In and Out of New York City". I am not sure who the actors was but I have only seen the R rated movie. Most of the closeup sex shots were replaced with faces etc.

The story goes, this guy's neighbour seducess him while his wife is out. The wife walks in on the couple so she throws him out.
Guy is homeless and stumbless across this well to do place. There is a family, mother father son and daughter.
The parents welcome him into the house. While he is cleaned up the mother has it off with the maid. When he comes out he walks into the daughter's room and she is masturbating (cool "rock" music playing). She gets shocked and the guy enters he persuades her into having sex with him and she is a "virgin".
The next scene has the brother telling the guy off for sleeping with his sister. The guy tells the brother his secret on getting girls. Scene cuts to the brother getting off with two chicks.

I have been looking everywhere for it on the internet but to no avail.

So any suggestions?
