I have this dvd . It came out in 2005 . Gia's scene is about 3 out of 5 stars (just my opinon) .

Gia ends up getting cream pied in the ass , in doggy position . Then the guy gets a clear thin tube with a hand pump on it and puts one end in her ass . Then Gia tries to pump it out while sucking on the other end of the tube .
