It's hard to tell from the photo since it's so low rez but the shadows are not consistant around McVey and the model and his arms appear to blur slightly where they intersect the model's image.
I think this has been photoshoppped to put McVey in the picture.

Theere aren't going to be any shadows around the model, she's too close to the object of depth behind her (the comforter). Sal is farther away from the object of his depth (the wall), so the shadow is going to be evident.
Just my take.
