jesus, what are you doing man, triatheletes are almost as tiny as kenyan marathoners--you should accidentally take a few out running. they got underfoot. you played sports past highschool-don't you remember cardio is how coaches collectively punish you when some kid can't learn defensive slides that should be instinct since 15? i can't believe you're stooping to compete with the kids who were too small and uncoordinated to do anything but run long distances and convince themselves they enjoyed it.
