Not "never" but that's the right direction. But da Boss says to keep a lid on spamming.

Other reasons for a ban are stalking, and being either Sammura or Swami. Piracy/theft is a no-no, and I think one guy was looking for gay kiddie videos.

The forum sends Tony a PM every time a mod bans someone so a mod can't just ban without it being noticed. That's what happened when Monkey tried to ban bjfan and got caught. And anyone banned can always send Tony an email.
