Someone already did notice. Drew admitted in the thread that Spamcop has taken it up with their upstream.

They'll probably only get a slap on the wrist and a lesson in mass-mailing etiquette (ie, opt-ins need to be reasonably current to count.) But fuck, wouldn't it be hilarious if this ill-judged excercise got the plug pulled and ADT offline while they look for another upstream?
