Possibly. But from what Luke writes (and some anon posters have hinted), Skeeter no longer lived at "home" with Brigitte prior to this happening.

I find it strange that everyone jumped to the suspicion (James, of course, was needling) that he's "on the run." Luke could answer this with a simple phone call to the LAPD. He could not so much be on the run as much as (a.) separated from his wife; (b.) facing financial ruin; and (c.) having his income taken away.

As for a condition of parole to stay away from porn, it's doubtful. His real last name is Kerkove. His Meagan's Law page indicates that "Skeeter" is a known alias. If he was trying to hide, Christ he was doing a horrible job of it.

What I find funny is that people have tap-danced around his (estranged, it seems) wife. Some of the most irrationally malicious, hateful people I've never met are "former" (and the former can mean a manner of hours, or minutes) lovers. Who's to say she didn't decide to finish off his reputation? Who's to say this wasn't meant to deprive him of income in addition to the fact that he'll never obtain custody of his children outside of, probably, supervised visitation? There's been practically no speculation at all as to who fed xxxporntalk this information (I don't know if it was posted anywhere else as well).

The one problem with this theory is that it's not very smart, since there was no big hoopla about their break-up and most assumed they were still cohabitating the same domicile. But pissed off spouses aren't the most logical creatures; pissed off porn spouses, probably even less so. But if she's angry enough to have done this, it follows that she'll eventually out herself. I have no clue how many enemies he had outside of Monkey.
