The charge that got him on the registered sex offender list was from 20 years ago. The part about a "minor" was a misdemeanor according to Random's post. I have no idea what to make of that. It's hard to imagine anything that I might call "kiddie porn" being a misdemeanor.

But that's not a CPS issue. Even if he got hauled off for probation violation that wouldn't affect Bridgette's custody or get CPS involved.

I think we need more information that one porn gossip site rumor. Are outstanding CA arrest warrants in a public internet-searchable database?
