We have also been ripped off by this company (listed as "SAP LLC" on the bounced certified check) in November
- the head guy goes by the name of John Shaft (phone number 347-724-1469, e-mail JohnShaft@SexAlotNyc.Com,
address 231-05 Northern Blvd, Bayside, NY 11374). We filed a small claims application with the Queens County Civil Court
(their address is 89-17 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica NY 10310, 718-262-7123) and are waiting for a court date. Anyone else who's been ripped off can file a claim by printing out the small claims form listed at
http://www.courts.state.ny.us/courts/nyc/smallclaims/addresses.shtml and mail it in.

Last time I checked bouncing certified checks was a serious crime. If anyone else who's been ripped off by these jerks wants to consider pursuing a group action against them, we'd be happy to contribute in any way we can.
