jrv, you might be right. I wonder if anybody here could post a link to an actual model release. I'm sure each company may have slightly different wording on their forms.My limited buissness experience has always taught me that any contract is contigent on payment.

Any time you have two seperate contracts for the same "JOB" and only one contract contains the "PAYMENT AGREEMENT" that P.A.(payment agreement) is automatically interpeted to cover both contracts.

I'll bet alot of these scumbags producers will try to tell the naive newbie that the model release is seperate and has nothing to do with the payment agreement they signed seperately. California law says otherwise. Multiple contracts for the same job are always considered as "WHOLE AGREEMENTS" when considering "RENUMERATION"(that is payment).

As far as fake tests go, that is a felony in every state. It is actally more than one felony. To falsify a medical document for the purpose of employment is a felony. To produce for any individual a medical document that is known to be fabricated, with the intent of misleading that individual is a felony. The mere production of a false medical document is also a felony.
